We always recommend contacting us prior to arrival to add the use of that feature to ensure we can have it on a running for your arrival. We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your stay. We do make every effort to ensure that all of our guests have a great experience and to correct any issues that are brought to us. I do see that you called requesting new towels and pillows, not being pleased with the ones there. All linens in the home are supplied by our housekeeping partners, who immediately brought out replacements. Our property management team also went to purchase new pillows to ensure your stay was comfortable. I am pleased that other guests have not reported the same dissatisfaction with the home, and thus believe that personal preference is a factor. However, to ensure we are offering the best product we can, we have passed your comments to our team for review.

We are truly sorry to hear of your continued disappointment in the home. I see from our correspondence that a few of these items were mentioned upon arrival. When our team reached out to see what we could do to assist and offer to have housekeeping returned, the offer was declined and only request was for beach towels and chairs. We always want to do everything we can to ensure our guests have an enjoyable experience and are truly sorry that we were not able to provide that for your stay. We did pass your comments to our team. I am pleased to advise that we’ve recently cleaned the carpets and had a deep clean done in the house. Our property management team is also working fix the wallpaper and tile.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback of the home. From our records, we do see that you called the second night of your stay to report the issue with the garage door and the hot water. Our team came the following morning and was able to quickly fix the door and reset the tankless hot water heater as the breaker had been tripped, remedying both situations. Regrettably, we were not notified of any issues with the spa until after departure. Our team did investigate and was not able to find any issues. We are truly sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the home. We will pass your comments to our team to review again in case any items were missed, but we do feel that the home is accurately represented.

We are sorry to hear of your disappoint with the home. I do see that you requested the pool be cleaned during your stay, and due to summer storms the pool company was delayed coming out. Unfortunately, I do not see any other issues reported with the home during your stay. Please feel free to reach out to our team at your convince to advise of any specific concerns or issues so that our team is able to investigate and address them accordingly.
