Enjoy the gorgeous views of Lake Winnipesaukee from this carriage house apartment in Gilford right on the water. This new 3 bedroom, one full bathroom shares the private waterfront only with the owner. Superbly appointed with new furnishings, large flat screen TV, Surround sound stereo, central AC, granite countertops and hardwood floors. All three bedrooms have queen beds. Relax on the upper deck overlooking the incredible views of the lake or head down to the perched beach with steps into the water or maybe take out the two provided kayaks in the no-wake bay. Excellent private property for hanging out and relaxing. This apartment also includes use of a dock that can accommodate up to a 40ft boat. Great location for boaters and convenient to all Lakes Region Activities with plenty of shopping and dining options. For those outdoor enthusiasts, this property is very close to all the adventures that Gunstock has to offer, Zip Line, Segway tours, aerial treetop course, hiking and mountain biking trails.

No smoking or pets allowed. Smoking outside is ok.

Reunion

My sister is in the early stages of Alzheimer's and my brother and i wanted to do a special trip to where we went as summers as children. I simply can't thank Guy and Mary enough. The house was perfect!! As they have their house also on the property we got to get to know them. Exceptionally kind and thoughtful. They have made a perfect getaway in an absolutely stunning location. They made the trip that much more special. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful home to anyone wanting to truly experience the lake.

Top notch rental . We just love the whole area. Very scenic very relaxing. Views are beautiful ,sunrise is gorgeous,watching boats, swimming ,and kayaks is how we spend our days.

Great long weekend!!!

Great location with beautiful views of the lake. Apartment was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and there was a ton of storage. We enjoyed sitting on BOTH decks as well as the beach area to watch the boats come in. Owners were next door, but we only passed them a couple of times coming and going. Very friendly, but unobtrusive. Will definitely like to stay here again!

Beautiful Stay with a Warm Welcoming

The owners were just pure class which was obvious from the second we stepped into the apartment and through out the whole stay. Thank you for sharing with us. We had a great time!

The house was very nice, very clean, and up to date. The veiw of the lake was beautiful. The only thing that could be added is a tv in the bedroom. The owner was more then nice and I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Impeccable property, kind owners

We stayed for a week this summer with our three kids and their grandmother and had a great time. The rental was well appointed and very clean. There was plenty of space to dock our boat and park our boat trailer. The view from the upper deck cannot be beat! My children appreciated the shallow water and enjoyed snorkeling (with their own gear) and kayaking (thanks to the owners). We missed having wifi only a little, but only because I needed to work while I was away. I would stay again, for sure!
