You'll have the time of your life when you and your family vacation in 'Sandy by the Sea'. This delightful beach home is just a short walk to the sugar white sands of the beaches of South Walton.

Sandy by the sea has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, and boasts plenty of sunlight through its many windows and open floor plan. On the first floor, you have a large living room with three couches and two sitting chairs. A beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, a breakfast bar that seats two and a separate dining room that seats six. There are two guest bedrooms on this floor, one with a queen bed and one with a king bed, a full hall bathroom, and a laundry room. There is a wrap around front porch to enjoy the gentle sea breeze. The second floor has a king master bedroom unto itself. The master bedroom has a full bathroom with a separate shower and garden tub, and screened in porch accessible by french doors. There is an outdoor balcony located off the screened porch. On the third floor there are two full-sized beds. A perfect bedroom for the kids to relax and watch TV or a movie.

The backyard has a large private heated pool surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs for enjoying a calm moment poolside.

First Floor: Living Room with Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Second Floor: King Master Bedroom with Full Sleeper Sofa and Walk-In Shower + Soaking Tub and Balcony Access.

Third Floor: Bedroom with Two Full Beds.
