Embraced by 1.3 acres of majestic towering pines and located in the highly sought after Carter Mountain West sub-division, you are close enough to the entertainment of Hochatown while still being able to enjoy a secluded mountain getaway.

◆ As you travel down Timberline Trail, you will witness incredible mountain views that are enough to take your breath away. Upon arrival, a large driveway that provides ample space for multiple vehicles and boats will welcome you to The Adventus. Entering through the large front doors prepares you to be mesmerized by the expansive A-frame interior, boasting soaring ceilings and an ambiance like no other. Immerse yourself as you explore the meticulously designed and furnished cabin, exuding 5-star quality throughout. Every detail of The Adventus has been carefully curated, ensuring a truly lavish experience.

◆ On the first floor, you'll discover two king suites each with its own bathroom, king-size beds, and large windows that lead to the serene back porch. Indulge in entertainment with individual 42" smart TVs in each suite.

◆ Entering the master bathroom, you will be greeted by a large soaking tub to relax and unwind from your day of activities.

◆The kitchen area is complete with stackable washer/dryer, a microwave, and all the essential appliances you need. Our stunning live edge table boasts ample seating for 8 guests allowing for shared meals as you gather with family or friends.

◆ Ascending the steel staircase, you will discover a spacious loft area featuring two built-in queen size bunk beds, a 50-inch TV, cozy seating, and a full bathroom. We have provided an extensive amount of board and card games to provide endless entertainment for everyone. Our second story deck has elegant seating that allows you privacy as you sip your coffee and prepare for a day of adventure.

◆ Proceed outside to the covered first floor deck, where a hot tub and a TV provide a captivating outdoor experience with a view. The back deck beckons with high-end outdoor furniture and a covered hot tub, inviting you to relax and unwind. Enjoy the convenience of a hard lined gas grill, eliminating the need for propane tanks. The back deck offers a picturesque dining table for 6, creating the perfect setting for unforgettable gatherings.

◆ Outside, you'll find a cozy fire pit with seating for 8 and alluring string lights that adorn the property, enhancing the magical ambiance.

Embark on exhilarating hikes through the breathtaking Kiamichi Forest, with trailheads just a short drive from the cabin area. ◆ To ensure your trip planning is seamless, we will provide you with an online Area Guide upon booking, featuring a comprehensive list of attractions and restaurants in Broken Bow. This invaluable resource will simplify your journey and enhance your overall experience, allowing you to make the most of your time in this extraordinary destination.

◆ Maximum Occupancy: 10, Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. We can accommodate up to 12 in some circumstances, however, prior authorization must be discussed and given prior to booking.

◆ For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is on the side facing the side door cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound.

◆ No Smoking or vaping of any kind, no fireworks permitted, and no parties!

◆ Maximum of 2 pets allowed

◆ Must be 21 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

◆ Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.

◆ A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, kcups coffee, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay.

◆ We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

◆ Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.)

◆ Furniture and decor is subject to change without notice.

◆ Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.

Guest Access:
◆ Guests will receive a keycode prior to arrival to enter the cabin. This keycode is changed after every guest for your safety.

Other Things to Note:
◆ Our cabin hosts an extremely high first and second floor deck that can be hazardous if utilized improperly. Under no circumstances should you allow anyone, especially children, to learn over, climb on, or sit on the railing. A fall from these heights can result in serious injuries or death.
