Your coastal escape nestled on a serene lot in Oak Island’s West Beach area. Our beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home blends comfort, coastal charm, and spaces designed for gathering, relaxing, and making memories together.

Located just about 200 steps from beach access, you’re never far from the sand and surf while still enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of West Beach.

Bring your boat! Our property can accommodate a medium-sized boat, and the NE 55th St boat ramp is only about 6 miles away.

Guests may now also enjoy our brand NEW fish-cleaning station after a day on the water! We ask that all fish waste is disposed of properly and surfaces are cleaned after use. Please see our guidelines for this space.

✨Other Details

🚗Parking:
• The paved driveway accommodates multiple vehicles
• Additional parking may use the grass area beside the driveway/trash bins
• Please do NOT park on the gravel road beside the driveway, as it serves as emergency access and a walkway for the neighboring home
• No parking in the front yard or along the street

🎣Fish Cleaning Station Guidelines:
•Please dispose of all fish remains, bait, shrimp, and fishing waste in a securely tied trash bag and place it directly into the outdoor trash bin.
•Do not place fish remains, bait, scales, hooks, or other materials down the sink drain. Water only in the sink, please.
•Please rinse and wipe down all surfaces and the sink area after each use.
•Do not leave bait, coolers, or fish remains outdoors overnight, as they may attract wildlife.
•Guests are responsible for supplying their own knives/tools for cleaning fish.
•Please do NOT leave hooks, knives, lures, rigs, or any other sharp objects unattended
•Children should always be supervised in the fish-cleaning area
