This is a spacious 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home and is perfectly located in the center of Oak Island. Relax on the two front decks and enjoy ocean views and the sounds of the waves. There is an indoor elevator that connects from the ground to the 2nd and 3rd floors for easy access.

Inside, you find this home to be open and light, providing the perfect place to spend a week or weekend at the beach. You will find plenty of room for privacy as well as entertaining, with a fully stocked modern kitchen complete with a large island for gatherings. Two master bedroom suites with full baths and comfortable king beds await. The third bedroom has two full size beds and the fourth bedroom has bunkbeds with a full on the bottom, allowing 11 to sleep comfortably.

There is a heated outdoor shower along with a sitting area that surrounds a large gas fire pit. Lots of games onsite, including cornhole, a basketball net and less than a mile to the local outdoor sports recreation park, where you will find basketball, pickleball and tennis courts.
