✹ GENERAL: These homes are two of several rental houses on a large property. There may be interaction with other guests outside of your private space in the shared driveway and parking areas. The outdoor amenities (pool, grill, etc.) are NOT SHARED and are fenced off for your exclusive, private use during your stay.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 4 vehicles in reserved spots in the driveway and front of house. NO MORE THAN 4 VEHICLES unless authorized by Host in advance.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the homes.

✹ PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding.

✹ Please note, that this property does not allow smoking or prolonged drinking and partying. If you’re a disrespectful, loud, or rowdy group, THIS SPACE IS NOT FOR YOU. The property has outdoor cameras and noise decibel detection devices that are monitored at all times.

✹ Please note all persons on the property are considered chargeable guests and need to be accounted for on the reservation. This includes any visitors. The price will be automatically calculated when you book based on the number of guests you enter. After 12 guests, the rent increases by $55.56 per person per night for each night of the entire reservation. Occupancy cannot be broken down into individual night charges. Please note, the property has outdoor security cameras and occupancy is monitored and enforced.

✹ The pool can be heated for a fee. Please inquire for details. Heated pool desired temperatures can be extremely subjective and cannot be guaranteed, though we will try our best.

✹ Host cannot control 1) weather or 2) damage/conditions caused by other guests, which may affect your use of the pool and outdoor amenities. While we'll strive to ensure everything is perfect, as well as try to remedy if notified of issues upon arrival, they are not guaranteed as photographed.

✹ Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.
