With 9.5 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, Grace Manor is designed to accommodate large groups of up to 20, making it an ideal space for retreats, friend trips, and family escapes. The large private yard with a wraparound front porch overlooking Lake Vanderkamp, a large back deck with private hot tub, a fire pit and outdoor games, offers the perfect setting for gatherings, reconnecting, and disconnecting any time of year.

Saunter into a world we intentionally crafted for relaxation and rejuvenation. We've curated an environment lush with convenience, but free from modern distractions, allowing you to truly unwind. Grace Manor's first floor beckons you to relax and comfortably connect. A large living room with ample seating and an inviting 100-year-old stone fireplace allows friends to gather for movies and conversations. Next to a shuffleboard table is our custom floating bar with seating for 12, a built in mini fridge and plantings carefully nestled under a woven jute and linen light. The kitchen offers everything you need to make a meal and plenty of custom storage space for all your food and snacks. Then feast in the massive dining area that seats 16+ people and enjoys views of the grounds.
