Inside, discover two beautifully appointed bedrooms designed for ultimate relaxation. The primary bedroom features a plush king bed beneath a stunning king-sized retractable barrel vault skylight—ideal for stargazing from bed or creating cozy ambiance on the rooftop at night. This thoughtful skylight can be fully retracted to block sunlight, ensuring restful mornings. The ensuite bathroom is elegantly appointed, boasting a luxurious glass rain shower. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, complemented by its own stylish bathroom, also featuring a sophisticated glass rain shower.

Beluga’s gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee machine stocked with delightful local coffee. Adjacent is a spacious living area with a sectional sofa comfortably seating six, a banquet dining space, and a 50" 4K HDTV, perfect for leisurely evenings. There is also a full washer and dryer onboard this vessel.

Step onto the rooftop deck to soak up panoramic vistas of the river, Charleston Harbor, and surrounding waterways, while relaxing on comfortable loungers or enjoying conversations around the outdoor furniture. During colder months, to prevent pipe damage during freezing temperatures, water service to the dock may be temporarily shut off if the forecast drops below 32°F. If a water shut-off occurs during your stay, we offer two options: Full Refund: We will refund the affected night and all remaining nights of your stay if you choose to check out or Partial Refund: If you choose to stay despite the inconvenience, we will provide a 50% refund for each night the water is unavailable. We appreciate your understanding in helping us protect the houseboat and the dock plumbing!

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 1 dog, 25lbs or less, in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out if you have any questions.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
