• This condo unit is on the 2nd floor above the parking lot. An elevator is available from the parking lot.
• Four stair sections lead up to the condo. Each stair section includes seven steps with a landing between.
• Inside the condo, there is a loft sleeping area, with 14 stairs leading up to the loft.
• Parking passes are required and may be used for up to 2 vehicles. A fine may be assessed for missing parking passes.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• This property does not allow smoking anywhere on the premises.

• A video/audio doorbell at the entry for secure access
• Decibel measuring devices are installed both indoors and outdoors to maintain noise control standards

Getting There
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Public transport is not available at Lake of the Ozarks. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. Uber/Lyft are also available in some areas but are not as prevalent as in most cities. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Cancellation Standards
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund, and therefore the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. LakeDays Rentals - Casago is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
