KITCHEN: This well-appointed home that has updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and kitchen amenities to ensure you have a perfect stay.

LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a comfortable living room with couches for seating and large smart TV with streaming apps for your viewing pleasure (There is no cable, only streaming apps).

BEDROOM 1: 1 Queen Sized Bed

BEDROOM 3: 1 Full Sized Bed

There is also a queen size air mattress available for additional sleeping.
This 3-bedroom home sleeps 8 people with the air mattress.

BATHROOMS: There are 2 full bathrooms- 1 on the main level off of the kitchen and 1 on the second level with the bedrooms.

The home is also equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker, bedding, bath towels, and much more!

ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests will have access to the entire upper portion of the home and the driveway.
-The main entrance is through the front door at the top of the steps on the second level.
- This is a budget friendly property. It is not updated and has signs of wear and tear.
-There is a separate apartment in the lower portion of the home, which is private and tenant occupied.
-There are no shared spaces, adjoining areas or access between units.
-Please note that there are stairs to enter the home and stairs to the second floor.
-We ask that you please respect the home and the neighbors.
-Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!

KEYLESS ENTRY:
-There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

PARKING:
-Guests may use the driveway at the side of the home that can fit 2 vehicles.

ADDITIONAL PARKING:
-Please be courteous to the neighbors when parking, do not block driveways or sidewalks.
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.
-We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.

MAIL:
-Please do not ship items to the property.
-If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options.
-We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.

-Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic.

HONESTY and EXPECTATIONS:
At "The Delancy House", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

AMENITIES:
-WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety.
-Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided.
-Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out.
-No laundry detergent is provided.
-Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments.

RESERVATION/CANCELLATION NOTES:
-If your dates are booked, please ask about our other listings.
-Changing reservation dates or guest quantity may incur additional fees.
-Rates/prices subject to change based on reservation adjustments.
-Cancellation policy WILL apply if reservation is cancelled. Please review before booking.

-After booking, guests will receive a secure link to complete a rental agreement and guest verification through our third-party guest portal. This should be completed prior to check-in to avoid delays

OTHER DETAILS:
-Atlantic City is a barrier island and city style environment; expect possible common sightings of household ants, critters or mice especially during certain times of the years. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures.
-Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided.
-We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in.
-If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind.

HOUSE RULES
BOOKING and GUESTS
Must be 21+ to book. The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration.
Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS and NOISE
No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance).
CHECK-OUT and CLEANLINESS
Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.
Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls.
Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items.
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE
No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations.
No open flames, candles, or wax.
Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials.
SECURITY and RESPONSIBILITY
Lock doors and windows when leaving.
Missing or damaged items will be charged:
Bath Towel – $10 | Sheets – $25 | Comforter – $50 | Pillow – $10 | Throw Blanket – $20
We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee + shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated.
AMENITIES and SUPPLIES
Basic essentials are provided. Once they run out, guests must purchase additional supplies.
One bath towel per guest is provided. Request extras before check-in.
VIOLATIONS and PENALTIES
Violations may result in: Denied entry or immediate removal without refund
