This beautifully crafted estate home combines elegant design with relaxed coastal living. Soaring ceilings, designer finishes, tray ceilings throughout much of the home, and marble countertops create an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. The spacious open-concept layout makes it easy for everyone to gather together while still enjoying plenty of room to spread out and unwind.

At the center of the home is a stunning chef's kitchen built for entertaining. Custom cabinetry, premium appliances, a wine refrigerator, under-cabinet lighting, a large walk-in pantry, and abundant natural light make cooking a pleasure. Whether you're preparing a seafood feast or serving takeout after a day on the beach, the oversized dining area provides plenty of seating for memorable meals and conversations.

With four generously sized bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, Family Tides comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The primary suite offers a private sanctuary complete with a spa-inspired bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub, an oversized walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet.

From morning coffee overlooking the Gulf to evening cocktails under the coastal sky, every detail of Family Tides was designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the best of Pointe West living. Whether you're planning a family reunion, a multi-generational vacation, or a relaxing beach getaway, this exceptional home provides the perfect backdrop for making lasting memories.

Pointe West Beach Club

Spend a wonderful day at the pool or beach at the luxurious Pointe West Beach Club. Pointe West offers numerous amenities including, an infinity pool, children's pool, lazy river, gift shop, and restaurant. The Resort is independently run and charges $25 per person, (4 years or older) The use of the Beach Club is optional and not required to stay in the home. The access fee is paid by credit card or cash directly to the Beach Club and is not included in rental rates.

No access is granted without a rental agreement being signed by the guest and approved by Coastal Waves Vacations LLC - even if paid in full. We require your mailing address, names and ages of all individuals staying at the home, vehicle information, and full pet information for pet-friendly homes.

Most single-family homes on the beach are built on pilings. Guests must climb a full set of stairs to reach the first floor/main living area.

The community is easily walkable. Golf Carts are a great way to get around as well. However, golf carts dune buggies or any other types are vehicles are not allowed on Galveston beaches, dunes, or wetlands; this is city law!
