Offering an amazing view of the scenic San Gabriel mountain range, with easy access to some of the best hiking trails around, and located less than fifteen minutes to Old Town Pasadena, this property won’t only charm you with its interior, but also with its location. The freeway is also easily accessible for a visit to the L.A. Zoo, Universal Studios, or a walk down Hollywood Blvd!

The dining area features a dining table sitting four people, and a lovely antique buffet for extra tableware storage.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove top, wall oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all your cookware. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot and a toaster. Additionally, all your cutlery and tableware are stocked. Basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs.

PARKING: One carport spot and open street parking.
