Top of the Gulf is an older complex built in 1976 that has been beautifully maintained by a tight-knit community of individual owners. The condo association, front desk, maintenance, and security staff enforce all of the property rules that keep the community in great shape, including:

- The resort fee of $30 is not included in the booking price. It is payable by cash only (no card) upon arrival at the front desk. The resort fee includes one parking pass. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked off site to ensure parking availability.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, elevators, etc. are managed by Top of the Gulf. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
