Surf 5-0 will be great for a memorable vacations in this fully furnished house. Naturally well-lit and spacious, 6 bedroom/ 4.5 bath beach house. We are located 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped for the beginner or seasoned chef. Definitely room for more than one chef in this kitchen.

Our house features its own private pool (Two inset seats one at the shallow end and one at the deep end) with plenty of space to lounge around. Just off the pool area is the gas or charcoal grill as well a seating area under the house to be in the shade while watching the kids in the pool.

We have installed a screened porch on the 1st floor deck overlooking the pool area just off the living room. The screened porch is adjoined by a deck area for enjoying the sun.

We have included our golf cart for getting to the beach as well as the Surfside pier, grocery store etc.

We have set up a video game console area on the second floor for the kids or adults as well. For rainy day fun there are games, movies and books for your enjoyment. The main living area has a DVD player and surround sound.

The first floor - consists of two Bedrooms with a jack and jill bath, 1st floor powder room, Large kitchen-fully equipped, Dining area for 16 including bar area, main living room with full sized pull out sofa and love seat.

The second floor - Immediately at the top of the stairs is loveseat with Tv and game console to the right of this you will find two bedrooms one double and one sleeps 4 (Bunk bed double on the bottom with single above and single trundle pull-out. These rooms share a jack and jill bath. Just outside this room next to the game room is another double bedroom with private bath. Full size Washer/Dryer is located on the second floor. Just down the hall is the master suite w/King bed and private balcony overlooking the pool, private bath with double vanity, jetted garden tub and tile shower.
Heated pool now available for extra energy fee.
All Bedrooms have their own flat screen tv with cable.
