The Pebble Beach Cottage is located just one block from 17 Mile Drive and Spanish Bay, within the Pebble Beach community and Del Monte Forest. It's only a 5-minute stroll to the stunning beaches on 17 Mile Drive and the Spanish Bay Golf Course.

From the Monterey pine-studded Del Monte Forest to the glassy waters of Stillwater Cove, Pebble Beach is packed with so much natural beauty that there's an iconic view nearly everywhere you look.

After extensive remodelling, this 2300 sq ft ranch-style home now offers four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, providing a comfortable and spacious living environment that will make you feel right at home.

Additionally, two living areas within the house are perfect for relaxing and unwinding. You'll have the entire home to yourself.

The house includes a washer, dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fire pit to enjoy the backyard.

There is parking for up to three cars. The neighbourhood is tranquil, and you can often see deer strolling the streets.

The house is so great, it literally feels like home away from home! Itā€™s perfect, near all the great golf courses and close to a wonderful beach! I will be staying here again every visit to pebble beach!

Winter holiday family get together

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there with our family - daughters, sons-in-laws and grandkids. Perfect spaces to hangout together. The house was very comfortable (bed and couches) and has a well-equipped kitchen. The location is perfect. It is a short walk to the beach where you can walk either north or south. Excellent beach for surfing. The house is close to Pacific Grove, Monterey, and Carmel.

Perfect Property!

If you're coming to Pebble Beach / Carmel / Monterey area and need a home to accommodate a nice sized group. This is where you want to stay. So comfortable and clean. Great location with a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is amazing. Wonderful property manager who is very kind and helpful. I will be back. Amazing home!

Great location,quiet space to separate from each each other. Everything you need short drive away.

Very nice home, maybe smelled a little musty but went away after house was opened up. The house had everything you need from coffee maker to washer dryer. Bonus room was was like a separate apartment. Gas fireplaces came in handy On Cooler mornings. We would go back.

Gorgeous home in quiet setting

We were here for a work event and the house fit us all really well. We kept our bikes in the garage and rode to our event about an hour away each day and the commute was stunning. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house was lovely. Wonderful kitchen and very spacious.

Excellent Gathering Spot for our Family

We came together as a family in this lovely house in Monterey, walking distance from beautiful Spanish Bay and driving distance from the Monterey Bay Aquarium, tidal pools, golf courses, kayaking, whale watching, good shopping, excellent grocery stores. The house was well equipped for food prep and cooking. Since we had small energetic children, it was key to have the area off the kitchen to separate as needed, as well as the backyard. The backyard looks to be under construction in places and the piles of bricks were a deterrent to having the kids play there for safety reasons, but it looks as if it will be wonderful when it is finished. Kristina was welcoming and assured that we had everything we needed.

Vacation with a graduation!

We are from the Finger Lakes Region of upstate New York. Our son is in the Navy and graduated from DLI and none of us wanted to miss it. This house was perfect. Everything about it. Large kitchen. New modern large bathrooms and lots of just.... room and there were 8 of us ages (just turned) 1 to 84. Two large living rooms and really we only used one of them most of the time. I can't think of anything we didn't like. It was easy to get to. It was private. Huge patio with a grill that we put to use. We would all recommend this house.

PB stay

Great location and layout of home for our needs. Furniture in main living area and bathrooms were very nice. Disappointed that both fireplaces did not work nor did the ice maker. Dishwear that fit in dishwasher was chipped and had cracks in it. They did have nicer/newer dishes but they didn't fit in dishwasher. Bed linens had pills on them and some towels were stained. Backyard, has potential but was a mess. The grill worked beautifully.

Fantastic!

We loved our stay here! Convenient access to Monterey, Carmel, and Highway 1. The home was clean and well-equipped. The outdoor area was lovely. Our kids loved the bunk room (has plenty of toys which they loved!). The bathrooms were all very clean. Beds were all very comfortable. Kitchen well/equipped. Kristina was readily available to answer any questions we had about the property both before and during our stay. Loved the easy access to walking paths and the beach (also that beach towels were provided by the house!). We had the perfect stay - highly recommend!!

Fabulous home and location!

We stayed at this lovely home for two weeks and would be happy to return! We had eight people, from 8 to 74 years old. Everyone loved the house. It was cozy and comfortable. The kids loved the hammock in the backyard and having two separate living rooms to hang out in. We even used the two beach cruiser bikes and the boogie boards. We all enjoyed being able to walk to the beach at Spanish Bay, which we did often. The home is also a 10-minute drive to the aquarium and Cannery Row, and 5 minutes to grocery stores and coffee shop. The kitchen is roomy and had all that we needed. The beds were soft and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. It is perfect for families! To top it all off, Kristina was a fabulous communicator and always responsive to any questions we had before or during our stay.

Very Nice Home

Enjoyed the location and the convenience of being inside the gates for the US Open at Pebble Beach. Overall, the stay was quite nice. There is no air conditioning, which factored in only on the first day when it was especially warm. The rooms are nice and accurately depicted, but a couple of them have a large amount of toys and clothes in place in the house that perhaps we could have done without. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and Kristina is great as a communicator. Perhaps better for family/friend trips than on business, but it worked for what we were looking for just fine. 5/5.

Pebbel beach Cottage Review (18-24 May 2019

Hi Kristina, We enjoyed meeting you and nice to know you were close by. We had a great time and really enjoyed the lovely and beautifully decorated home. It was close to golf courses and and within walking distance to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking a meal when needed. Perfect!!! It easily accommodated our four couples. Here are a couple small things that would have been nice to have or to consider: 1. A row of hooks in the bathrooms to hang wet towels after use. 2. Better fitting sheets in the kids bedroom and separated bedroom: they would pull away from the mattress during the night. 3. A mirror of some kind in the bedrooms without one. 4. Motion lighting at the front door entrance 5. There was a dirty clothes basket with clothes in it in the master bedroom, when we arrived. We left them and did not use the basket, but wanted you to know. Also found a t shirt in the dryer. This should probably be checked after every rental departure. Sincerely, Scott Hutchison
