This 4000 sq ft classic home offers complete privacy on over an acre of lush grounds, making it a true gem within the resort community. Positioned across the street from the Beach & Tennis Club and the Casa Palmero Spa, convenience is at your doorstep. Enjoy sweeping ocean vistas that encompass Point Lobos, Carmel Bay, and Stillwater Cove, with glimpses of Carmel Beach.

The home comes fully furnished and equipped with the finest amenities, including high-power WIFI, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. For added security and peace of mind, the property is fully fenced and gated.

Step outside onto the expansive ocean-view patio accessible from most rooms. It was wonderful! The home is beautiful, and the community is excellent. You could stay at the house and never leave. Having “room service” brought to us when we didn't want to go out was nice. Next time, we would love to stay longer.

Golf Trip

The location was amazing! We were within walking distance of our round at Pebble and both dinners (The Bench and Tap Room). The home was clean and the grounds were beautiful. Susan was great to work with. Efficient communication and accomodating. Interior could use some updating. Looked and smelled like "Grandma's" house. It wasn't a turn off but noticeable. For our use, it worked perfectly.

Birthday Trip

The house is in the heart of Pebble Beach with ocean views. A terrace extends across the entire back of the house. It is spacious and has a family feel to it. We loved every second of staying there. We have stayed here before and we will definitely be back. If you want to be in the center of Pebble Beach and all that that means this is the house for you.

Amazing house, amentities and overal experience

We rented the house for the week of our wedding at Pebble Beach. It was a fantastic experience and made getting ready for the big day easy and stress free. The house is in great condition and feels like a first class hotel. I would recommend staying here to anyone that loves golf and enjoys great access to some of the best places in CA. Our group was from the east coast and loved spending the warm days and cool nights outside on the patio overlooking one of the best golf courses in the world!

Excellent Location!

If you want to be in Pebble Beach, the location of this home could not be better. The Lodge with restaurants and shopping (and golf) is literally next door and the spa is across the street. Staying at this home actually makes you feel like you are part of the Lodge itself. The home is spacious and very clean with a well-equipped kitchen and extremely comfortable beds. It's very quiet, serene environment and perfect for rest and relaxation. Easy drives to Carmel, Pacific Grove and Monterey. The owner, Susan, is lovely to deal with. Our stay could not have been better and we definitely plan on renting this home again.

Fantastic Getaway

We rented this house for two weeks and loved every second of our stay. The home is beautiful with amazing views. There is a spacious patio with a large fire table; we sat outside every morning and evening enjoying the fire table. The beds are extremely comfortable-- great pillows as well. It is so close to the Pebble Beach Lodge- just a couple minutes walk; we enjoyed many dinners at the lodge restaurants and especially loved that we didn't have to worry about driving home. It is also a quick drive to Carmel. I can't say enough about how much we loved the house! The kitchen is spacious- I enjoyed cooking a few meals there as well. Susan, the homeowner, is lovely and very attentive to your needs. We plan to stay for a month next year.

Ideal rental walking distance to Lodge at Pebble Beach

We rented this house for the week of our daughter's wedding at the Lodge at Pebble Beach. Fifty of our guests stayed at the Lodge, and it was so convenient to walk over to visit with them and join them for meals, and then come back to a quiet space by ourselves. The house was immaculately clean when we checked in. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals all week. The neighborhood is completely quiet at night, and so peaceful that deer roam in the yard in the mornings. We hosted a day-after-the-wedding donut brunch for our guests, and the expansive patio was perfect for the event. We turned on the fire pit, and our guests loved the view. I would happily rent this property again. The house is beautiful and well-maintained, the location is ideal, and the property management is very professional. The Spa at Casa Palmero is also just a quick walk away, and it would be fun to come back for a girls' trip.

Gorgeous house

We loved the house, the location and the views. We were only sad about only having a week there. We will definitely be booking again. Susan and Mariela are wonderful - we forgot to leave the envelope with Marielas tip but at least I left her a hat! We’ll make it up to her next time x

Lovely home in heart of Pebble Beach

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property (which is conveniently located next door to the Pebble Beach lodge). We were a party of grandparents, parents, toddler, infant, and the house suited all needs. We're already looking forward to another stay here next year!

Peaceful oasis with spectacular views

An amazing home and amazing location! Perfect escape to quarantine. The house is beautiful, but spent most of our two weeks sitting outside by the firepit and soaking up the views. Susan is very responsive and a terrific host. Highly recommended!!!

I can help plan your travel itinerary since I am so familiar with the Monterey Peninsula and all of California. I also own Tradewinds Carmel, a luxury boutique hotel in downtown Carmel, so I know how to set up the house for guests and make you feel special. I buy only the finest linens, towels and bath products. I will try to satisfy all special requests. I have had very discerning guests stay at Cypress and several have now decided to return each year. I am passionate about what I do and want each guest to feel special!

The location of Cypress is incomparable to any other home. Walk across the street to Casa Palmero spa and enjoy a spa treatment, or simply have a manicure and hair cut! Massage treatments can be arranged at Cypress. Walk a few steps to the Lodge at Pebble Beach and have lunch while watching the golfers finish at the 18th of Pebble! One block down the street is Stillwater Cove, the pier and the private beach. There is so much to do just within a few steps!
