Roanoke is a quaint little city with a small town charm and a big city taste. Established in 1844, Bonnie and Clyde resided here at one time and so did legendary golfer Byron Nelson. It is know as the UNIQUE DINING CAPITAL OF TEXAS. This cottage is a couple of blocks from all these eateries.
Roanoke is CENTRALLY LOCATED-very close to DFW airport. Texas Motor Speedway is 5 minutes away. Downtown Fort Worth and Stockyards are 20 mins away. Downtown Dallas is 30 minutes away. Between Dallas and Fort Worth is Arlington Texas where the Ranger and Cowboys Stadiums are located. The American Airlines Center, home of the Basketball team Dallas Mavericks and Hockey team Dallas Stars is also only 30 minutes away.

Cottage on Pine is about 2 miles from CHARLES SCHWAB HQ and about 3 miles from FIDELITY HQ. Close to Alliance Airline Maintenance
Facilities and large distribution centers such as Amazon, LG, Michaels etc.

Drive a mile and see beautiful ranches including Ross Perot Juniors secondary home/ranch with all its Longhorn cattle and rolling meadows.

One of the wealthiest neighborhoods is 2 miles away...home to several celebrities and profession sports personalities. Go one more mile, you get to shop in an exclusive shopping venue called Southlake Shopping Center.

Cottage on Pine was built in 2023. It was personally designed by me and my best friend. We wanted it to look like an English Country Cottage. Still adding gardens and landscape to make it look quaint.

The space is an upstairs apartment/guest suite. You will need to be able to climb stairs. There are railings.

Guest suite upstairs is beautifully decorated with Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn furniture. You will feel so pampered with Crate and Barrel kitchenware and 55" Smart TVs in the living room and each of the bedroom. The entrance to the suite is private. Your privacy is honored. You won't see my beautiful face unless you request to do so!!


VERY FLEXIBLE OPTIONS. Open to SHORT TERM RENTALS (less than 1 month) to LONG TERM RENTALS (more than 1 month). Will be willing to customize a plan with you for your LONG TERM RENTAL needs.

This place is an absolute gem. It’s clean and wonderfully decorated. It has everything you need to have a great trip. The location is the best, steps away from downtown Roanoke. The town is a breath of fresh air, the food options are great. The host is the best, always checking to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. I just hope this place is available the next time we are in town. Pam, thank you for being so kind to us!!

Wonderful Stay!

We had the most wonderful experience staying at this VRBO! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described, if not better. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could have possibly needed. It felt cozy, welcoming, and clearly cared for with love and attention to detail.The location was ideal and close to everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful and quiet for relaxing evenings. Pam was incredibly responsive and kind, making the entire process seamless from booking to checkout. It’s rare to find a place that truly feels like a home away from home, but this one absolutely did.

Beautiful home away from home.

Pictures do not due this home any justice. It is very beautiful. The property owner/manager was very pleasant to work with. She thought of everything you could possibly need for the stay. This place is walking distance to downtown. It has many restaurants to choose from. There is a little candy/ice cream shop very close. This place is upstairs, the owner lives downstairs. However, you would never know. We met her, she is a wonderful person. We will book this place again on our next trip back. Definitely a five star place!! Highly recommend!!

Olivia and Rusty and Olivia’s Mom are such wonderful . One of the joys of being a VRBO- you get to meet diverse people. This family was different.. you could see the love they had for each other and their extended family that they came to visit. They communicated very well with me, were amazingly respectful of my privacy and adhered to all the house rules. They left the place spotlessly clean! I sure hope they come back to visit me soon.

Enjoy meeting people of diverse backgrounds. I recently hosted a world famous muralist from Argentina who did a lot of mural work for the City of Roanoke. Also met a couple of ladies from California who did Spa Marketing. There was a gentleman who came from Virginia for a Wagyu Cattle Auction. The town of Roanoke is very close to the Texas Motor Speedway. On race weekends-INDY or NASCAR-the town is packed with various kinds of people and cowboys from all over Texas..

This is a historic area and there are diverse people that live here. The homes are all unique and tell their own stories. The restaurants range from Wine Bars, Sports Bars, Ethnic cuisine and is home to the Famous Babe's Chicken Restaurant.

The house is a new build and looks like a English Country Cottage with copper tiles and copper roofing and shingles. It has a large circular drive and beautiful garden in front and back. The entrance to the upstairs quarters is very private. Has its own Secure Keypad.
