Perfect spot for a family stay.

House was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. Owners did a nice job making use of available space. Plenty of kitchen supplies for staying in and sharing meals with the family. Questions to rental company and owners were answered promptly.

The cabin has the most amazing view with rocks and waterfall! There were plenty of rooms and beds for my extended family. Kitchen was well equipped. Host responded quickly to fix the dryer and water pressure issue. Internet did not work more than it did work. Prepare for that. Great stay!

Once we got settled it was okay. Property was not ready for check in(owner allowance made). Internet was weak. Went out frequently. Bad weather affected this also. House is not situated by itself. Neighbors were pretty close. Couldn’t use rec room. It’s outside and it was too cold.

Girls trip 2025

We took a girls trip 5 women ages 35-55. We absolutely loved this place. Serene and comfortable. It could’ve easily accommodated more. We honestly could’ve just hung out at the house without sightseeing. It’s the perfect location to relax with a good book if you have little ones they would also love this place. The creek and game room would’ve provided our kids a good time if we had wanted to bring them lol 10 out of 10 recommend.

This cabin was a great pick for the whole family. We went as a family of 4. The kids loved the upstairs bedroom and the HUGE rock wall in the backyard and the game shed. Photos of the rocks do not do it justice it is much bigger in person. You can hear the creek streaming and there was a little water falling down from the water all to add to the ambiance in November from a melting snowfall. Fire pit was a little difficult to get to climbing over the creek. However there is a smaller pit available if you can’t make the steps down and across the water. All amenities were brand new and sparkling clean. The wifi was slow as you can expect in the mountains. Great stay and the kids were sad to leave.

The location was absolutely gorgeous! The backyard felt like we were already in a hocking hills park. It was our favorite part. The game shed was very cute and my 20 month old loved helping us play air hockey. The bed situation was perfect and we were able to fit 6 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 toddler in the house very comfortably, all with our own spaces. The floors were a little dirty when we got there but that could have been from our own tracking of dirt. We had a bissell wet jet available to us and were able to clean it up. We would have liked more trash cans outside as we stayed for 4 days. When the WiFi and a bees nest were an issue, the VRBO owner sent out the maintenance man immediately! We truly appreciated this and were able to enjoy some movies together. The location was much closer to Rock House and the Logan area with many fun family activities. Old man's cave and Ash Cave were a bit of a drive but we were able to see them both on the same day. I would definitely recommend this stay!
