Surfside Beach House: Ocean Views, Jetty Access & Family Fun!

The Space:

This brand-new home located within walking distance to the Jetty's is ready to host you and your family! This is a wonderful space for multiple families as it offers 3 full bathrooms and 3 large bedrooms to accompany multiple guests and families. Paradise Found boasts a modern open floor plan, large decks, and great views. All furniture is new and was perfectly curated to provide coastal vibes. The property comfortably provides privacy with 2 of the 3 bedrooms having a private bathroom. After you are done enjoying the beautifully furnished home, escaped to the oversized deck to watch the sunset, or even enjoy coffee during the sunrise. Downstairs offers a shower to use after your beach trip with hot water, a picnic table to enjoy while hanging downstairs, and a charcoal grill to BBQ! We have fully furnished both the upper and lower decks so your large group can enjoy lounging outdoors! Want to cruise the island? Golf cart rentals are within walking distance of this property. You can also easily walk to the Jetty Shack for lunch, or local surf shops near the property for board rentals!



BEACH: This property is located near the pedestrian beach! No need to worry about vehicular traffic (including golf carts) during your time at the beach. The beach cuts off at the end of Beach Drive which is where Texas Street is. However, two blocks over on Thunder Street begins another pedestrian beach where most of the locals hang out! It is also a great surf spot and has a jetty view. We recommend accessing the beach there. About a minute walk or if you have a golf cart you will cruise there in no time. Ask us about golf cart rental recommendations!



FISHING: The jetties are a 5-minute walk from the property. Check out the locals fishing, take a walk down the jetties through the ocean, or take the kids to enjoy the brand-new Jetty Park. PRO TIP - grab a burger at the Jetty Shack and have a picnic in the park.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the whole house to themselves.



Other Things to Note:

- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster, you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free, but we will not issue full refunds.

- Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.

- Outside Shower/Water Hose - There is an outdoor shower and accessible water hose.

- There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils. Please note: Charcoal is NOT provided

-Early Check In/Late Check out (NOT AVAILABLE MAY THROUGH AUGUST) is available for an additional 50 dollars. This is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the checkout time will be charged the additional fee.

-We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. There is a whole house water filtration system, we have never had issues with our water quality. There is also an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking, however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.



Interaction with Guests:

This property is self check in. You will not have to interact with the hosts during your stay. Please feel free to message us anytime during your stay and we will be available to assist you!
