It was perfect! Great location in the heart of the walled city. The only thing I can imagine anyone not liking about this place are the stairs. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay! The view from the rooftop terrace was beautiful and the terrace was so comfortable to sit out and eat or have a glass of wine. The apartment was lovely and very comfortable. Location was great, close to everything. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great stay in a perfect location with a couple of minor issues, but hosts were very responsive. We loved our week there.

Beautiful views from the outdoor patio of this apartment that is centrally located in Lucca! Quick walk to supermarket and restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend! 4 flights of stairs with luggage was a challenge but worth it !

This was a wonderful “home away from home.” It was such a beautiful setting that we preferred to cook dinners in the fully equipped kitchen and eat on the rooftop patio. Very clean, fantastic bathroom with a tub and shower combo, nice living room, and very comfortable bed. (We only used one of the two bedrooms). We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Lucca. The location is perfect!

This apartment location was amazing and we had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Lucca. Our host even left us a delicious pie upon our arrival to help celebrate our honeymoon.

A lovely stay in Lucca

We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment was charming with fantastic views from the terrace. There are a few stairs to climb, but we saw it as good exercise! Would definitely recommend

Great Italian getaway

Our stay was seamless from the beginning. The apartment was clean and check in was very easy. The air conditioning was a great perk in the summer heat. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Girls getaway

Great communication with property owners - earlier check in was available- great apartment- local shops and little supermarket- very comfortable beds abd we ate outside on the terrace for every meal we ate in - thank you Tania and Rory

Charming stay in Lucca

Excellent stay in this roof top apartment. Very comfortable for our two week stay. Wish we could have stayed longer! Everything we needed for our extended visit was here. The beds we’re comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the outdoor patio made the start and end of each day special. We absolutely loved this place.

Great spot. Beautiful town

We have been staying at lots of different accom through our Italy trip. This was the best accom of the trip. Spacious apartment, great terrace and lots of little extras that makes a difference. Definitely recommend.

Comfort of home

We all enjoyed the comfort and homeliness of our stay here. The location was amazing, the apartment had everything we needed and more. Checkin was seamless. It was a lovely apartment.

Very comfortable and clean. Amazing location. We cooked in which was a nice option. We did laundry. No dryer but they do have a long clothesline on the large balcony which was nice. Enjoyed playing backgammon and drinking wine with an amazing view.

Perfect stay

This is the perfect place to stay in Lucca: an old palazzo in the historical center (quiet part) with an amazing view on the terrace overlooking the red roofs and enjoying the swallows. Don’t miss the museum Mansi, the neighbors on the opposite side of the street, and see how a rich family lived in Lucca in the 17th century. Tania and Fabrizio, thanks for your hospitality and helpful communication and not to forget helping us with our heavy suitcases upstairs.

Perfect Location

Spacious 2 bedroom with a lovely covered outdoor area. It is near restaurants and small grocers. Very relaxing but be reminded you will need to climb 5 flights of stairs since there is no lift. Your reward is the view :-)
