This deluxe end unit features floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom offering amazing views and a king size bed with luxury linens and a private bath, boasting a jetted tub and separate walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom functions as a second master with a king size bed, private bath and north balcony access! Everything was prefect, except for the following: the couch is broken down and needs replaced, the heated pool was broke so we weren’t able to use it. If we had known the heated pool was broken we would have stayed somewhere else. Because the heated pool was broke all the kids then used the hot tub as a swimming pool. They were jumping, splashing and even doing belly smacks.

We’re sorry the couch was in poor condition and that the heated pool was out of service — that must have been disappointing. We took note of both issues and will follow up with our maintenance team to assess the couch for replacement and to repair/restore the pool heater as soon as possible. We’re also sorry the hot tub was used improperly by the children, creating unsafe and disruptive behavior. We take guest safety seriously and will review signage, rules, and on‑site communication with the property manager to help prevent that from happening again. Beautiful condo with great layout and amenities.

Great Location and layout. Parking is horrible! The overflow lot is across the street and I had children 4 and under.

Great stay

This is our second year to stay at the Palacio. We loved it here so much that we came back. We were all satisfied with the condo. It was clean and convenient. It is also great for kids. We had 4 kids and 4 adults and everyone was comfortable. Very clean. The staff and amenities are also very nice there as well. Would definitely recommend again. We plan on booking this condo again next year as well!

Very nice property

Was overall a good experience, the condo was clean and spacious. The negative was the hot tub never worked and kids played in it the whole time. I felt the hot tub should be for adult use, not a kiddie pool.

I liked being on the second floor. Condo was very convenient to restaurants and not far to drive for groceries.we used the workout area and the pool. Small children should not use the hot tub unsupervised Of course going to the beach was close and convenient also. First time using wrist bands…not a fan. We didn’t like the idea of keeping up with them. We would probably go back there.

Loved it

We stay at the Palacio every year and have been since 2006. This is the first time in unit 201, and we loved it!! The unit was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The view off the balcony every morning watching the dolphins swim was beautiful. The only thing that was not provided and wish it were was the umbrella and chairs and some beach chairs and toys for kids. The unit was exactly as you see in the pictures and lots of extra pillows and blankets. We will definitely be back next year!!!!!??

Construction detracted from our vacation. We had workers working on our balcony during the day.

We received notice in November that the construction was not going to be completed before we arrived so we would receive a 15% refund but this has not happened yet. We were definitely Inconvenienced with workmen working on our balcony and being asked to move the furniture inside. Plus the outside walkway walls having wet paint without notice.. we realize this was not within the owners control and did appreciate the offer of a 15% refund but disappointed we never received it. I assume Luxury is responsible not the owner.

Beautiful condo but construction was too loud

We loved the property. The condo was beautiful, clean, large enough for my party and will be possibly renting it again. One word of advice was to add more detail about the type of construction that was going on. The construction started at 7am to 5pm everyday except Saturday. The jack hammering was so loud and the vibration almost shock items off of the glass shelf in the 2nd master bath. We made the best of it but would of enjoyed being able to sleep a little later while on vacation. We know it was no fault of yours but if we had know it was going to be so loud we would of been better prepared and brought earplugs. But again this place is beautiful and being able to enjoy the nice weather in Florida (us coming in from Maine) and being able to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins and blue angels each morning made our stay worth it. Thank you

Great week at Perdido Key

A very spacious condo in a great location. The beach service was a nice perk. Having 3 bathrooms was a plus with 3 teenage girls. Furniture was comfortable which makes it easy to feel at home. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation!

The condo is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. A home away from home. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the view is gorgeous! Most of your time will be spent out on the spacious patio overlooking the Gulf. We never used the dining room table once lol. The property is well maintained (although becoming a little dated). Pool, hot tub and grilling spaces are awesome. Security and other workers are all very nice. This is a GREAT place to visit!!
