Our new “Villa Confresi” with its total living area of 4900 ft² is located in a quiet residential area but nevertheless central in the heart of SW Cape Coral on a landscaped 15,000 ft² lot. The exact address is 1915 SW 47th St . Cape Coral.

The house is very modern furnished and has all amenities you need! There is tile flooring all over the house. The pool with its size of 36 x 16 feet has a beach zone with a multiple fountains and is electrically heatable (additional fees may apply). The pool is equipped with underwater multi-color LED. The spacious patio with its northwestern exposure offers lots of space, from its large table with chairs to sun loungers for sun-worshipper as well as a Cabana corner with furniture LED TV with complete Sonos system. There is also a gas fire pit with large plush chairs, and an outdoor kitchen and sink and propane grille

At the canal with gulf access you find a huge 10k lb 30' boat dock with cover and Kayak dock.

The house has 4 bedrooms (three with a queen sized beds and one with California King Sleep Number adjustable bed). The fully equipped chefs gourmet kitchen contains convection microwave oven, dish washer, fridge with icemaker and -crusher, induction cooktop range and oven, etc. and ample dishes, glassware, and cutlery. There is a private wetbar with built in dual zone wine chiller and dual tap Kegerator for your favorite draft beer. In the large AIR CONDITIONED three-car garage you will find bikes, fishing poles and 2 kayaks to use for free. There is also a treadmill and workout mat area with TV to keep yourself in your workout routine. We also offer High Speed Internet, books, DVD`s, and Direct TV Satellite television for all TVs in the house. Dont miss any of your favorite shows or sports events.

This house was built and designed to entertain. There are multiple zones of Sonos to stream your favorite music. Open all 77ft of oversized doors in the winter months to blur the lines in your own private resort style villa. Make it your party destination in beautiful SWFL.
Bring your own or rent a boat to Sanibel lighthouse / Ft Myers Beach easily from your backyard private dock! Trip to river is a beautiful 45 min trip through the (no wake) canal system, where you will see amazing homes and beautiful natural mangroves and wildlife.

There are shops ( Publix, Walgreens etc) and restaurants ( Lobster Lady, Overtimes Pub, etc ) are only 500 yards away.

Additional accommodations can be made for more than 8 guest via Inflatable Queen mattresses.
