We had a wonderful time staying at Island Sands. The oceanfront balcony was great. The condo itself was perfect for our family, and communication with the host was excellent. Would highly recommend Island Sands if you’re booking a vacation at Indian Rocks Beach.

Amazing stay at a well equipped property. Flew in from Pittsburgh and all needed items were here. Beach chairs and umbrellas as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking. Would stay again!

Great place to stay if you do not mind noise from other condos in the building. Extremely noisy due to poor sound proofing when constructed.

Thank you for your feedback! This building is a traditional stilt construction on the beach, so some noise transfer between floors can occur, particularly in the lower-level units. For guests who are especially sensitive to noise, we recommend requesting one of the top-floor units that we manage. We appreciate you sharing your experience and for staying with us!

The unit was very clean and had everything you needed. The views from the balcony are amazing. Everything was great except the bed in the master bedroom and the couch in the living room needs to be updated (very uncomfortable).

Super clean, best balcony on beach. Needs a new couch desperately but who wants to sit on the couch when your on vacation! Good beds and great kitchen. The balcony is great and the provided beach gear was great. Will definitely stay here again.

This condo has everything that anyone could ask for when it comes to vacationing beachfront. Everything is updated and decorated just how a beach house should be. Lovely place to stay. Not a lot of foot traffic on the beach.

We had a great stay at this property. Perfect location and stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. My only complaint is that we did not think the couch or King bed were very comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Indian rocks beach,our retreat and happy place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very fortunate to have dealt with Sue,from long key vacation rentals who sorted us out in record time as our booked accommodation was cancelled last minute due to unfinished building repairs on what we had booked with another company.We love the relaxed atmosphere of IRB and is our go to place every year.The condo is superbly located with immediate access to the golden sands and clear waters and plenty of amenities nearby.Condo is large and well appointed.However owner needs to invest in a new sofa,as current one has seen better days.Only six units in this block but we were the lower level of a two storey building and yas it’s a wooden structure noise does travel down,nothing that the owner can address and it didn’t bother us too much but we were conscious of noise from above at certain times.The condo was clean on arrival but the oven which we didn’t actually use probably could have a bit cleaner,again a small thing but it catches the eye.Overall we had a brilliant holiday and the condo was in an amazing location and fulfilled our expectations.
