The master bedroom is very roomy and is furnished with a new king-sized, premium seal mattress. The second bedroom has the same new accommodations with a queen setup. The living area has 20'' ceramic tile throughout. It also has a 40'' Samsung hd television connected with Cox Cable, which also supplies the free wifi connection. The unit has a NEW stackable washer and dryer. The property has two large pools to choose from, a hot tub, mini theater and a state of the art workout facility. While relaxing at the pool you can make dinner on one of the open gas bbq grills available to all tenants.

This newly renovated property is conveniently located in the heart of old town Scottsdale. Enjoy the luxurious lifestyle of the big city without the downfalls of an overly populated area. This property is near several of the spring training facilities, including being just steps away from the San Francisco giants stadium. Several choices for fine dining in the area are sure to satisfy a diverse range of tastebuds. This property offers a close proximity to the over 200 golf courses in the scottsdale metro area including the TPC, The Phoenician, and ASU Karsten. Great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale this year. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Neat and clean. Comfortable bed. Nice and big master bath vanity. Showers were great, plenty of hot water and water pressure. Large outdoor patio with 4 chairs and 2 tables. Loved the 2 large heated pools and hot tubs. Location was very good, about 1.5 miles from old town, within walking distance for most. We would definitely look to stay in this complex again. Thank you to the hosts for making our stay so enjoyable!

Great Condo

Property has a great location, convenient to shopping, golf and highways. The unit was clean and comfortable. We will be happy to return. Holly is a great host.

Good location!

Nice little place for 2 people. We were there for a month for golf & spring training. Good location to get everywhere quickly, able to walk to Old Town for fun bars & restaurants. Complex was neat with 2 nice pool areas & a fitness room, & covered parking. Condo itself was nice with updated bathrooms, flooring & paint. We took off 1 star due to the washing machine that only worked sporadically- even when we followed the listed instructions. When you stay for a month, you need a functioning washer! As it was, we spent $30 in quarters to use the washer in the common area Laundry Room. Otherwise, a very nice experience.

Well maintained property in a terrific location!

Very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath with good living space. Two great heated pools and spas available for tenants. Our unit was located between both pool areas. Nice workout facility adjacent to the north pool area. We were very pleased to be next to a golf course with driving range and numerous restaurants and retail stores within walking distance. Spent a wonderful month enjoying the Arizona weather and activities!

Great location!

Loved this location and our host was amazing! Gave us all kinds of recommendations for the area. When the dishwasher broke he immediately had it replaced no questions asked. Would stay there again

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was in good order, the kitchen was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable! When we had a question, Mike responded quickly which was much appreciated! The only thing that we would have liked, would be a BBQ on the deck, instead of going to the pool area to do the BBQing!

Beautiful condo

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean and roomy, we had everything we needed. Location is everything and this was perfect. Close to all the shopping, restaurants, and activities, yet this condo was very quiet. Loved it here and I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Mike. You made our family reunion a great success!

Excellent value and great location.

Accurate listing for a clean and well maintained property. Pictures accurate. Well stocked and set up for 4 people. Excellent service from the owner and very responsive to all requests. Strongly recommend the property. Very convenient to golf, Old Town Scottsdale, nice resturants, and shopping. Very nice heated pool, hot tub, exercise facility, and gas grill which were also well maintained.

Winters get away

We again stayed at the same Sun Scape condo as we did last year. It was great. Clean, convenient, fairly quiet, nicely furnished, within walking distance to Scottsdale field, and close to "Old Scottsdale", where everything happens. Our thanks to the owners. We would certainly recommend this to everyone. We may return next winter, for another few weeks. Thanks again. B&B

Close to Old Town!!

My husband and I spent 6 weeks in Mike's condo and had a wonderful time. Although we had a vehicle we enjoyed our morning strolls to old town. If you can bring bikes you will find miles of paved trails in every direction. We golfed at the course that borders the property for about $25 per person including cart and enjoyed a Suns vs Spurs basketball game. There are numerous restaurants in old town and some just down the block. Shopping at Fashion Square was wonderful followed by an appy and refreshments at the Yardhouse located right at the mall. We drove to the Grand Canyon and Sedona and experienced a helicopter ride followed by a jeep adventure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the owner, Mike, was extremely prompt to get back to me on any queries I made. I would strongly recommend this property.

Pick this property!

As Advertised!

We had a great time in Scottsdale. The property was perfect for our family. The condo and facilities were as advertised. Everything we needed was there. Mike and Holly brought around extra towels and we were able to get great hiking suggestions. We were able to see Celtic Woman at ASU thanks to a guide at the condo. We spent a lot of time on the patio. We really enjoyed Old Town. We were close to anything we wanted to do. Covered parking was available. There were two pools and a really nice fitness center. We definitely would stay here again.

March trip

This was a great condo unit for convenience: to the baseball parks and to Old Town Scottsdale and to 101. It was easy to find. Within walking distance to a few good eateries. The owners were very accommodating. The unit itself was very clean which we appreciated and well furnished. It is on a very busy street with lots of sirens, but we got so we didn't hear them during the night as much. The patio was a big plus. We certainly would recommend this condo to others.
