The description does not do this location justice. Perfect for two with dogs. Plenty of room, very clean far enough away to get visit from deer and have beautiful sunrises but close enough to be at wineries in just a few minutes. Hope to be back soon!

This was our first time staying at Deer Ridge Cottage, but hopefully not our last! We loved the coziness of the house for 2 people. It was clean and we had everything we needed. The view is beautiful. There was a group of 9 deer that visited every morning and evening. Quiet and peaceful! The hummingbirds were fun to watch as well.

Deer Ridge

Only problem was I don't think the property was completely ready to be occupied. The bed had obviously been slept in with no clean sheets for our stay. Used towels in shower stall . Once I notified Travis at Guesthause he took care of the problem quickly by sending a 3 person crew to jump on what needed to be done. The cleaning ladies did an excellent quick and thorough clean -up. They are sweet ladies. We love coming to this property and our dog never wants to leave. Thanks

A beautifully situated cabin-like home that was perfect for a couples getaway weekend. Very clean and well equipped, and isn't very far to "town", Wild Farm or wineries. Alos very peaceful setting off the main roads. I highly recommend.

Amazing views, quiet, and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!

Anniversary get-away

Beautiful property and very cozy cottage! This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back again! Highly recommend especially for a couples getaway!

Very happy to return to one of our favorite retreats!! So glad it has mostly stayed the same..Missed the free snacks and wine. Also having guest books for comments would be a nice addition. Hope to return soon and stay longer!! Thank you for keeping the good hospitality!!🤟❤️

Well maintained property with beautiful views

The property was clean and well stocked. Great location with beautiful views. The host even supplied dog treats, toys, beds and bowls. We especially enjoyed mornings on the back patio and evenings on the front porch watching the deer. Highly recommend if you are visiting the area.

Beautiful property

This property is beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we needed. We loved watching the deer in the morning as we drank our coffee and enjoying the quiet of nature. We will definitely stay here again.

We have been coming to this cottage for almost as many years as it has been available. It had been a while since our last visit, but we were very pleasantly surprised at how wonderful it still is. We enjoyed our trip so much, did more cooking at home than we used to and found the kitchen very well equipped. But the porch is still the best place on the whole property! That view is something!

We have stayed at deer Ridge cottage several times. We have enjoyed it each and every time. The cottage is perfect for us. We loved staying at deer Ridge cottage. We love sitting on the front porch watching the Deers and other wildlife.

We love this little house and amazing wildlife around it. Stayed there again and enjoyed a very clean and cozy property on the top of a hill.
