This little 1890's carriage house is found just two blocks south of Main Street on the west part of town is cozy, romantic and comfortable. Located next door to the homeowner, this one room house is perfect for that romantic getaway. Although there are many Texas accents throughout the cabin, there is also an elegance and softness throughout.

Inside is a kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator and Keurig coffeemaker. An old chuck wagon finds a new life as an open cabinet for storage and doubles as the dining table. Two stools are perfect for enjoying a stay-in meal for two.

The queen bed with the “star” headboard is found in the middle of the room with the mattress sitting high off the floor- but for your convenience there is a stool to make getting in and out of the bed a little easier! On one side of the bed is a cabinet with the cable television and DVD player and the other side of the bed has an armoire for storing clothes during your stay. The bathroom is a wonderful enchantment with the large whirlpool tub and handheld shower. It is truly designed for that romantic evening we all are looking forward to.

Just outside the bedroom is a small patio for guests to enjoy. During the spring and summer the blooms and greenery from the yard will surely delight your senses and create another reason to relax and enjoy!

- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.
