Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! The choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (12 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, student groups (spring break and graduation), etc., are not permitted.

The main living level offers a spacious family room with a Roku TV that flows seamlessly into the fully equipped chef's kitchen and dining area, all overlooking the poolside retreat. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas range, a center island, and everything needed for preparing meals at home. Also on this level is the Primary bedroom with a king bed, Roku TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, along with a conveniently located half bath near the entry.

Upstairs, the secondary primary suite provides a private escape with a king bed, a sitting area, a wet bar with a beverage cooler, a Roku TV, and access to a covered deck overlooking the pool. The en-suite bathroom includes a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a spacious closet with direct access to the laundry room. Additional accommodations on this level include a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a Roku TV, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a Roku TV, and a shared full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The landing area features an additional sleeper sofa with a Roku TV and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing even more flexible sleeping space.

Outside, the private heated pool is surrounded by comfortable loungers, dining areas, and tropical landscaping that create a peaceful, secluded atmosphere. A nearby half bathroom adds extra convenience for poolside days, and pool heating is available for an additional nightly fee when requested in advance.
