The Space:

Welcome to the best little Nook on Jekyll Island! This adorably decorated studio condo in the coveted Villas by the Sea Resort is beautifully decorated with beachy decor and everything you need to relax after a long day at the beach. There is a full kitchen for whipping up a gourmet meal. The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower.



While the inside is amazing, the best part about this condo is that it's located on the bottom floor and is just a short walk to both direct beach access (to the famous Driftwood Beach) and the pool at the resort. In addition, you have access to the other amenities at the resort such as the fitness center, playground, basketball hoops, restaurant and volleyball courts. The pool is open year-round and from 10am to 10pm each day.



Please note: the nearest beach boardwalk crossover: Driftwood Beach only. Hurricane Helene damaged the stairs providing access to the lower beach and water at low tide for all Villas By The Sea Boardwalks. Direct beach access from the Villas by the Sea is not available at this time.



***Beach Access May Not Be Available At High Tide*** During high tide, please enjoy the oceanfront boardwalk or swimming pool (please take note that the pool is not heated).

***The pool will be temporarily closed for refurbishment for approximately 2 weeks starting on or about 3/24/26 to 4/7/26.***



Please Note:



There is no washer or dryer in the unit so please plan accordingly.



Anything other than a regular vehicle or motorcycle is prohibited.  Trailers, boats or any other commercial or recreational vehicle are not allowed.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
