This cozy place has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom has a super comfy queen size bed and a 42' TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with one full bed and a double.

🐾 Bringing a Pet:
If you plan to bring a pet, please communicate with us in advance. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $100 per pet for the first night and $15 per pet for each subsequent night.

⏰ Check-in/Check-out Fees:
Early check-in or late checkout requests can be accommodated based on availability (not guaranteed). Here are the fees:

✶ Authorized early check-in: $20 per hour
✶ Authorized late checkout (with 24+ hours notice): $20 per hour
✶ Additional fees apply for every 30 minutes ($35), and after 2 hours, it becomes a full day's rate (unauthorized early check-in and early check-out)
✶ Please note that we usually confirm early check-in or late checkout requests the day before your arrival. We won't be able to confirm such requests far in advance.

🧹 Extra Cleaning Fees: To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, we have the following fees:
✶ Stained linens: $30 per stained item
✶ Deep cleaning for excessive dirt, trash, hair, or dishes: $30+

✶ ✶ ✶ ✶ For the safety and security of both ourselves and our guests, only individuals listed on the itinerary are permitted on the premises. We are flexible but please communicate if the guest list changes.

✶There is a recording device located on the right side of the front door as well as the back yard. The surveillance camera will be in recording during each reservation.

✶ No parties are allowed on the premises. There will be a $350 fine for any parties.

✶ No unauthorized guests are permitted. If you plan to bring additional people, please confirm with us in advance. An unauthorized guest is defined as anyone sleeping overnight in the place past 12:00 a.m. without prior confirmation from the host. If there are any unauthorized guests you will incur a fee of $100 per guest for the first night and $15 per night for each subsequent night.

✶Mail and packages are not permitted to be sent to the unit.

✶Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment. extra cleaning fees ($100) apply for smell removal.

✶ If you smoke outside, please ensure to clean up cigarette butts.

✶Quiet hours start at 10 pm. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels and music to a minimum beyond this time to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

✶ The basement is a separate unit.

✶ Please adhere to the maximum guest limit specified in your reservation (4).

✶ An additional guest fee over the max amount of guests $20 per person applies.

✶ Respect the noise levels and be mindful of the neighbors. We have a noise monitor in place. We also have a security camera angle the sound recording on the front porch.

✶ No hair dyeing allowed. Extra deep cleaning fees will apply.
