Enjoy gorgeous Bay views from the balcony of this beautifully appointed third floor condo located in the heart of Siesta Key! The condo has been updated to include new living room & bedroom furniture recently. The kitchen has been remodeled to include new cabinets, counters & appliances. And both bathrooms have just been completely remodeled and upgraded.

The unit features a spacious living area and roomy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms in both bedrooms. The primary bedroom has all new furniture (king bed) and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom has all new furniture including a new bunk bed (full & twin) plus an additional fqueen size bed. Both bedrooms have large closets. Relax on the comfortable new leather sofa and loveseat. Enjoy the large flat screen television with surround sound in the living room. Both bedrooms also have flat screen televisions. Free cable is included, as well as free wireless internet in the condo and pool areas. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided for your use.

The Palm Bay Club is a perfect location for your Siesta Key vacation. You will have full access to all of the Gulf side amenities & the Bay side amenities the Palm Bay Club offers. You will find 2 pristine heated pools (one on the bay side, and one on the gulf side), enjoy beautiful Bay views while relaxing in the inviting custom hot tub (bay side), play a game of tennis on the lighted courts (gulf side), do a little fishing off of the fishing pier (bay side) or get in that work out at the fitness center (gulf side). There is also a clubhouse available for a get-together with friends. All of this plus a wide private area of our beautiful, world famous Siesta Key white-sand beach! Free beach loungers and umbrellas are already set up for your convenience on the beach and BBQ grills are provided on the beach as well as on the bay. Bring the family and have the time of your lives!

Fantastic Location!

The bay side of the Palm Bay Club is a perfect location to be. Watching the boats pass while sitting at the pool is heavenly. The unit is updated, clean, well kept and in a great location. 10/10

Comfortable and comfortable

Very enjoyable week’s stay, nice pools, access to beautiful beach. We would come back.NB.Please check pillows in 2nd bedroom( need washing) Also would have been good to have a separate recycling bin.

Great spot!

The condo was clean, well maintained and stocked with everything we needed just as the listing stated. It was a great location, quick walk to the beach and the pool(s) always had seats available. Would absolutely return. My only suggestion is to bring your own beach towels. To no fault of the actual condo unit, the shared washer and dryers units were not the the most efficient.

Siesta Key

The pools were great. The location was great. The condo was clean but it had been closed up for awhile. It was musty and had an odd smell. The back door doesn’t lock. They should buy bath mats. Overall a nice stay.

Location and property is great

The location and property is great. The condo bathrooms need some updating. The bath mats look like that have not been cleaned in months. The codes should also be changed after each guest. There is no secondary lock inside the condo left an uneasy feeling each night when we went to sleep. We would stay at the resort again.

Needs major update

The condo is in need of major updates. The bathrooms were the worst. The toilet in first bedroom needs new flapper as the water would run continually. I would no stay here again if you paid me. Very disappointed.

The flapper in the guest bathroom has been replaced. The guest did not inform us about the toilet running while he was here, so we didn't know about the problem until this review was submitted. We are available by phone, text & email 24/7 to handle any issue that may arise during your stay. The condo has been updated; including new floors, new kitchen, etc.

Not the best

My family and I have stayed at the Palm Bay Club three times now and this is the worst unit we have rented. It just didn't feel overly clean, the furniture was not comfortable, and it is the smallest unit type at the property. Four adults in this unit felt cramped, especially in the bathrooms. Next time we go to the Palm Bay Club we will make sure to book a larger unit.

Not enough space here to list the defects. Suffice to say I spent hours with VRBO Customer Support on Health and Safety issues. A complaint (with pictures) has also been sent to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation regarding the property manager. We have requested a full refund.

This guest called us shortly after arrival asking for a refund. His complaint was that the living room & bedroom furniture was not new. The living room furniture had just been delivered 2 weeks before his arrival, and the bedroom furniture was purchased in late 2021, as is stated in the condo description. He then called back about half an hour later complaining that there was dust behind the refrigerator. Because the unit was clean, he actually moved the refrigerator out looking for something to complain about. Again, he requested a refund stating health and safety concerns. The unit was booked for the 3 months prior to his stay, to several different guests, and no similar complaints were made. In fact, our February & March guests left very good reviews of their experiences. It is questionable whether this traveler ever intended to stay in the unit. It appears that knowing we have a no refund policy within 60 days of arrival, he attempted to circumvent our policy by concocting "health & safety" issues in hopes that we would issue him a refund in order to avoid bad publicity for our company. UPDATE 5/2/2022: An inspector from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation inspected the condo on April 29 and found none of the renter's complaints to be valid.

5 Nights in Siesta Key

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay at the Palm Bay Club. The views of the bay from our balcony and pool were fabulous. We loved the pool and hot tub. There were always lounge chairs available. The unit provided beach towels which was a nice perk. We went to beach to view the beautiful sunset but would have liked to have spent more time at beach but unit only had 1 beach chair and 3 of us were staying there. The unit had some upgrades but could use upgraded furniture in living area and the bathrooms. There were plenty of towels for the week. The place smelled a bit musty and didn't look like the tables were just cleaned. I called the number listed and they came out right away and did another cleaning. We were very happy. The fan in the master bedroom didn't work and when I mentioned that on the call, they sent an electrician right away. The property manager was very accommodating. Overall, we were very happy and plan to return to this complex.

New beach chairs have been purchased for the unit and now there are plenty. The unit had been vacant for some time while the new bedroom furniture was ordered and installed, which contributed to the musty smell upon the guest arrival. Fortunately, our maintenance line is open 24/7 and we were able to get a cleaning crew out shortly after receiving the guest's call. Update March, 2022: New living room furniture has now been purchased and delivered.

Nice place to stay

This was our 2nd time to siesta key beach, but our first stay at Palm Bay Club. I noticed some said the condo is small. For my wife and 3 kids it was roomie enough for us. Theres 2 full baths, 1 in each room but no bathroom outside of those room which was fine for us. The place is located across from the beach side which isnt a far walk or you can use your car to go to the otherside and park. The private beach is great theres plenty of beach chairs to use for free or you can rent a cabana or tent. The place also has beach towels, kids toys for the beach, and cooler which helped us a lot. Plenty of dishes and pots to cook in as well. Palm Bay has a decent fitness center im a gym junkie and it had enough machines and weights to get a decent workout in. The host responds promply for any request during the stay. We were missing batteries to remotes and they arrived within 20mins with batteries. I would suggest bringing an additional firestick or roku because the bedroom tvs does not have cable or smart tv options. Hot tub and pool are great onsite and they stay open until 11pm everynight. We really enjoyed our stay. We will be back again.

Spring Break Get away

The property was very nice. I liked the bay side, it seemed a little quieter than the club or tower side. Parts that I didn't like, the hot tub was not working the first 3 days, it was a long walk to the village or the other direction for eating. Overall, it was a nice place for the week.

Great place

Our family of four (kids 19 & 21) really enjoyed our stay here. The only negative was Red Tide which kept us out of the ocean:( However the pools were lovely and the beach was gorgeous.
