This was our second time staying at Summit House. We love it there. Very peaceful and comfortable. We love the seclusion and the view. We will be back a third time!!

The cabin and outside fireplace along with the view was excellent. However, there was one towel person and one face towel to share and one wash cloth to share per couple in the bathrooms. We had to wash them daily because there is no where to hang them to dry which was an inconvenience. Overall we have stayed at the cabin 3 times and will probably do so again.

I do apologize for the inconvenience of having to wash the towels and wash cloths every day. The cleaner did make a mistake by not putting extra out, they work hard and do make mistakes. If we had known about the shortage, we could have corrected it that day.

Our stay was fantastic!!! The cabin was everything we needed. The decor was nice and beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing and it was very secluded. We will be returning!

this was a very comfortable nice cabin at a nice high spot on the mountain! The view was magnificent! The hot tub was great! we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Amazing view, feels very secluded even with neighbors in the area. Very quiet and peaceful. clean and cozy cabin. Will stay here again when we come back to the area

Man, I cannot say enough GREAT things about this cabin. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back again. Everything about the place is excellent and the hosts are incredibly good to work with, great communication, great directions, everything. I only wish that it had been available for us to stay longer.

Summit House is literal heaven on earth! Beautifully & thoughtfully appointed, stocked with everything you could want or need. Peace & serenity are plentiful. Such a special place !!

Everything was exactly as pictured. The screened in deck was actually larger than i thought. My dogs were extremely happy with the screened in porch. Everything was clean on arrival. Hot tub was clean and running when we got there. The view was stunning. Absolutely gorgeous view of the mountains. Host was very responsive. We went to use the grill and the support rail on the side slipped out of place when we were moving it away from the siding. We messaged the host to inform him and he offered to come out and fix it first thing in the morning. We werent planning to use it after the first day so we said not to worry about it. I would definitely recommend this cabin and host. It was a perfect stay for a much needed quick getaway. My only thing i will say is if you havent stayed at a cabin in blue ridge or ellijay or surrounding areas keep in mind many of the roads leading up to them are long, winding, single lane, bumpy and would recommend not taking a small sedan if you have the option. Out of the many cabins we have stayed at in the area the road to this one was well maintained. Once again very happy with this property and host.

What an incredible place! Absolutely beautiful and private. There are a couple of other properties on the same road but they are spaced out very well and you can't see another place at all from this one, at night you can't even see lights from another place. We loved it for several reasons, but one was because we were able to bring our dogs with us and they were able to run around on the porch out back and still be secure. This cabin is very well done, it's decorated impeccably and has literally everything that you might could need. There's a grocery store and restaurants in town which is a fairly quick drive, but once you get back up on the ridge it's like youre in another world. I just can't recommend this place enough. We will absolutely be coming back.

Stunning Summit!

Wow! We needed a spot to land for Cress Creeks’ farm to table dinner and have usually stayed in Blue Ridge but wanted to be closer to the farm. My husband’s only request was a good mountain view. Well with Summit House, you get that and so much more. This is the epitome of a cozy mountain cabin. You go up a windy road (there are some bumps along the way and tight squeezes around some corners), hit a wooden bridge that was all decked out for the July 4th holiday & pass a mini bamboo forest. You’ll pull up directly to the cabin and immediately see the views. The wrap around screened in porch was a super treat so regardless of where you were, you had a view. The hot tub overlooks the expansive views as well. The porch along with the entire cabin is decorated in cozy cabin motifs. The rooms were about the same size & even included robes which was a nice touch. A for cleanliness and the cabin had everything we needed. Loved the dog run under the cabin too! Darrell was our point of contact & checked up on us and was super easy to get ahold of. I would highly recommend! This is very close to the Ellijay downtown and a 15 minute drive to Blue Ridge. We didn’t get an opportunity to hit up Roo Winery but it was very close to the cabin and on our list for next time.

Perfect place to relax and unwind! The views are so pretty, and the cabin was absolutely charming with so much detail to the woodlands and cabin-life. We will definitely be back to visit this wonderful hideaway.
