COMPLETELY RENOVATED IN FALL OF 2022!!! Surf Court 60 is a three-story townhouse with a street level entry and first floor. King bed in primary bedroom, King in bedroom 2, two sets of bunks in bedroom 3, living room sleeper sofa. This property is 1.5 blocks to the beach and also to Van der Meer Tennis Center. Vacationers seeking a good value don't mind the short walk to and from the ocean and like parking at the front door of their condo. Living room sliders to a first floor patio provide easy access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and large swimming pool. Surf Court is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza and the Beach Park & Market. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Also within a short 10 minute walk is the New Lowcountry Celebration Park that features a playground as well as a venue for events sponsored by the Town of Hilton Head.

We had two other condos in the same complex, which worked out great because the grand-kids could run in the courtyard and go to the other condos without going off property.

Great Location

We were very happy with our stay! The condo is situated in a great area with beach access right across the street. It's also close enough to walk to the shops and eateries in Coligny. The condo was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!

Spring Break

This was our second year stay at this property. My family and I had an amazing time as we did before. Very clean, plenty of space and extremely convenient from everything. Looking forward to booking our next spring break with this property.

Great Spot!

Great place to stay! Awesome location and the place looks exactly like the pictures. Beds were really comfortable. The water pressure in the master shower is amazing. The property manager was quick to respond about anything and everything. Overall, it was a great stay and we're looking to come back next year!

Clean and easy beach access

Clean place and the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. The beds were extremely hard, even for my husband who likes firm beds. The kitchen was also lacking cooking supplies and food storage containers for refrigerator (Tupperware, baking sheets, pans). They provide a few rolls on toilet paper in each restroom and enough garbage bags that we didn’t need to purchase any which was appreciated. Much of the beach gear that came with the house is old and not functional so renting umbrellas and chairs might be helpful.

Great location but not very clean

I picked this location for my family for a short weekend visit to me because it was close to the beach and on the first floor. The location is great and it is easy to access. Your parking spot is right in front of the door and it's a quiet complex. However it is not as clean as I had hoped. Surfaces were clean but the carpets could use a scrub. And they ran the dishes/glasses thought the dishwasher just to be safe.

Memorial Day Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed a several units at Surf Court. The complex is in a great location and the people at Seashore Vacations are always great to deal with. Unit 60 is not one of the best units in Surf Court. Compared to other units in the complex, it is somewhat dated and could use some renovations. However, we had stayed in the unit before, knew what to expect, and it was available when we wanted to book at the last minute. Therefore, no real complaints.

Surf Court 60 recently sold and had a complete renovation in the fall of 2022 where everything in the unit was remodeled. Any review prior to August 2022 is reviewing the unit prior to the transformation.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit is very old and tired. Needs a lot of TLC and updates top to bottom. No TV’s in guest rooms was a big issue and the AC couldn’t cool 2nd or 3rd floor, but the 1st floor was freezing cold. Washer leaked all over kitchen one day but maintenance came and fixed quickly. Great location and easy access to everything. Perfect place to stay.

We have stayed in different units through Seashore Vacations and this was terrible. I do not understand people rating the cleanliness a 4/5. Seashore stepped up and helped with this problem going above and beyond, thank you management team!!

A little disappointing

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Surf Court several times and had great experiences with the units and with Seashore Vacations. This time, there was some mix up with the unit we reserved (the people before us didn't leave when expected) and we had to pick a different unit at the last minute. Seashore Vacations was very professional and in their defense, we knew the reviews for this unit were not very good when we accepted it, but it was last minute and it was the last 3 bedroom we could find. That said, I would only stay in Unit 60 as a last resort. The unit is old and run down. The carpet and furniture are worn. The ice maker doesn't work. The air conditioner keeps the first two floor cool, but the third floor is hot. Both bathrooms do appear to have been remodeled and were nice, but nothing else was. Also, beyond old and run down, the room was very dirty. There were food splatters on the walls and cabinets. My wife and I spent the first hour we were there cleaning. Whoever does the cleaning in that unit is not doing a good job. Again, I have never had anything but good things to say about Seashore Vacations. Surf Court is a great location and other units we have stayed in have always been very nice. However, I would not recommend renting Unit 60 unless you are out of options.

We love the convenience to shops and restaurants in Coligny and the direct beach access right across the street. The unit was newly remodeled and was very comfortable. Beds were very cozy - Loved the double bunk room for our larger family. We will definitely look for this unit in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo, great location to Coligny Plaza, Piggly Wiggly, great pool and beach across the street. Wish there were some hand towel racks in all the bathrooms and some hooks or a table at the entry to hang things, not a super big deal but would be nice, also some pizza or baking sheets would be great. Just a couple cons but that are important, it really wasn't cleaned well at all, disappointing. Surf Court 58 is next to this condo with cameras so your every move is watched. There was a complaint we parked bikes in the wrong spot but we didn't mean to. Other than that, we would come back to Surf Court just a different unit. Seashore Vacations and bike rental company were awesome!
