Stay ocean-side and enjoy many benefits of an oceanfront complex without paying oceanfront prices. Guests staying in Ocean One 422 enjoy a landscape view and won't have to cross a street to reach the oceanfront pool or the Atlantic. 4th floor ocean-side condo sleeps 8 people with comfort. King bed in the master bedroom, two queens in bedroom 2, two twins in bedroom 3, and a living room sleeper sofa. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool.
Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.
Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This nicely furnished property has a recently renovated kitchen with warm hardwood cabinetry and custom ceramic tile.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just minutes from shopping, dining, and anything else we needed. The pool was fantastic, and having such easy access to the beach made it perfect for our family. Check-in was simple and stress-free, which set the tone for the whole trip. The condo itself was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of six without ever feeling cramped. Overall, it was the perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable and clean

We had a great stay. The only comments are that there was only one roll of paper towel, no dish soap, one dishwasher pod and no shampoo or conditioner in the batheroom dispeensers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was adequate. It was nicely decorated with decent furniture. The bathrooms were small except for the room with the twin beds that weirdly had the walk in shower. Loved the openness of the kitchen into the living area. We had a leak from the garbage disposal that was promptly replaced. A previous tenant had placed a bowl under it that overflowed. The balcony is a nice size but the furniture was uncomfortable. It looked freshly painted in nice beachy colors. Love Ocean One location and the fact they are constantly improving and cleaning. Great people work there.I would say the cleaners could pay a little attention to the top rim of the showers and the corners.

Nice place to stay

Overall condo is great!!Very spacious and everything looks just as pictured. All furniture clean and well kept. Master shower in desperate need of upgrade but there are two others available so that was not a big problem. Would recommend this condo .

Great week

We had an excellent week at Ocean One and 422. We were at max capacity in the room but had plenty of space to live, sleep AND get privacy when needed. Great location close to everything. It was a crazy busy week being 4th of July (everything was packed) but still got to eat at all our favorite places and see our favorite things with minimal effort or wait. The still had our favorite spots at the beach/pool.

Felt veery much at home and the location was great! Only room for improvement was in the common area walkways where there wer a few large "holes" and broken tiles in the outer hallway flooring.

Very Spacious

When we walked in I was surprised at how much bigger the main living space was. All three bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was great for the 6 of us. The unit had a wagon in it which was extremely helpful in getting our chairs down to the beach each morning. The beach was extremely crowded as was pool, but this property seems to have one of the larger pools. Only two negatives, the bathrooms were a little small and the ceilings were peeling in a few spots.

Needs a cleaning

Great place to stay, couple minutes from beach, but the over all cleanliness of the condo was awful, the vents need to be vacuumed the rugs need to be cleaned walls washed, extra linen was dirty that was in the closet, would stay again if I knew that it has been cleaned, we definitely left it cleaner than when we entered

Could use a refresh of paint and deep cleaning. The ice maker didn't work all week. But other than that, a great place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay at 422

The condo had plenty of room for four adults and three children. All the appliances worked perfectly. The kitchen faucet and the master bath faucet could use a replacement. The room description stated it had a full coffee maker/Keurig combo. When we arrived it did not. I called the rental company and they brought a Keurig asap. That's good service. The kids loved the pool because it was so big. If the chance comes, we will stay here again.

About the actual property. Just wished the bathrooms were somewhat updated. Shower drains back up with every shower and no water pressure what so ever.

Lots to like. Some things could be better.

Loved location, spaciousness, bath for every bedroom. Pool and deck are super. Wasn’t the cleanest - clothes in drawer when we got there. Some things could easily be improved for better first impression and experience. Dining rug is stained. Beds not comfortable - noisy too. Bed pillows super flat. Master closet doors don’t fully function. More upside than downside but I’d like to see some changes before staying at same unit again.

False Communication

The one think my husband emphasized was to be able to see the beach from our balcony. It was stated to him it was beachside but we could still see the beach. The only thing we could see was the entrance gate coming into the property. Huge disappointment to all of us. I would not go through this agency again EVER.

Upon entering the property we did not feel the overallCleanliness was very good. Location is amazing, and the actual Condo building is very well-maintained. Beach access was very easy. As for the actual unit, there was a hole in the ceiling in the front right bedroom bathroom, the microwave was taped with electrical tape, the fridge door was also taped. The place lacked a lot of kitchen items needed. There was no motor for the blender, but we did find the pitcher. The washer was broken and did not agitate the clothes. I was given a unit two floors down and a little walk to carry it all down and back up. Our internet was down for a couple days and we had workers in and out due to this which we found uncomfortable . The master bath has a broken diverter cap that would not stay in place and was just gross. The bed on the master squeaked so bad it wakes you up. The shower curtain was extremely dirty. The coffee pot had coffee, and burnt grounds in the pot. Utensils were taped together with electrical tape. Overall, I feel that this could be an amazing property if there was some money, and time spent on it. We own rental properties and I do think it could have been done a lot better. Also we had no vacuum to clean up sand. We had a small broom that I used and then used a wet paper towel to make sure it was gone. The floor was so dirty that the paper towel was black. Seashore was very responsive and did try to help with certain issues and did try to accommodate us!

Love all of Ocean Ones updates to the complex. Doors and elevators look great! Condo itself still looks very nice! Love how open it is! Only reco is new twin beds in back bedroom! Love the location. Overall great stay!!!
