Surf Court 74 is an ocean-oriented complex with first-floor entry. This property is a 3 story townhouse with your living room, dining room, kitchen and half-bath on the ground level. The bedrooms are on the next two levels. Surf Court is within walking distance to the Atlantic Ocean and the Van Der Meer tennis center. The living room opens up to a ground level patio that will lead you to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and large swimming pool. King in the master bedroom, another king in bedroom 2, two twins in bedroom 3, plus a sofa bed. Surf Court is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza which feature many options for restaurants and shopping. This townhome is well equipped and features a renovated kitchen, baths, and updated furniture. Surf Court 74 has a walk-in master bath shower, 4 Flat Screen TV's and Wireless Internet.

Family Vacation

Spent a week at the Surf Court Villa and it was a perfect spot for our family of six. Villa was perfectly situation with access to the beach, the park and close to all the amenities we needed. Will definitely return here!!

Nice Hilton Head condo

Great location, not far from shopping, pickleball, restaurants and beach. Great 3 story unit with pool directly behind the condo.

Family and friend vacation

Villa was exactly as it appeared in pictures. Very clean and had everything we needed. Great location - Close to beach and stores. Pool was steps from the room. Would rent again!!!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the most memorable week! Our rental was ideal! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The kitchen was very well equipped. The den was very comfortable and was the perfect setting for watching tv, playing games and family discussions. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were quite comfortable. The location of our unit was ideal! Very short walk to beach, pool and Coligny. This was our 2nd time staying in this unit and hopefully not our last! Seashore Vacations is a great company and very professional and accommodating.

Comfortable and convenient

Very close to the beach. Comfortable condo with nearly everything we needed for the week. Easy walk to the stores and restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has plenty of seating in den which has been an issue in the past with 6 people. All beds were very comfy. First floor so literally steps from the pool. Nice grassy area for kids to run around. Not far from beach as the access is directly across from the complex. Condo was on a good and quiet location. The only issue was the top floor is the master and it was warmer than the rest of the unit. Not sure if there is a way to draw the cooler air up from the other floors since they had to be kept cooler to ensure enough air at the top. Also warning the stairs are really narrow and there are lots of them. Overall loved our unit and there were no problems at all.

Surf Court 74

WE had a great stay at Surf Court 74. We vacation in Hilton Head a few times a year and this was my first time at Surf Court. You cannot beat the location - walk across the street and there is a pathway to the beach. My teenager and his friend stayed on the middle level and shared a bathroom and I was on the top floor in the master. My only "negative" comment is that the air conditioning cools the middle level and ground floor very well but the the top floor, is definitely much warmer. They had a fan in the closet that I was able to use, but I would imagine in the summer months, the upper floor could be very warm. I did not call to check on it so in all fairness, it could have been something wrong with the system, or maybe even user error. Since it was just in the high 70's/low 80's - I made it work! Overall, great unit, beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked! All of the things you need for a great beach vacation. The management company was also very responsive to questions prior to my vacation. Thank you Surf COurt 74 for a great week!

Great Location and very clean!

We would stay here again. Unit was fantastic. Super clean and well equipped (does need bbq Utensils though). Bedrooms were all large and beds was so comfy. Walking distance to beach and coligny plaza - could not beat the location. We went in March and the pool was much too cold to swim in, as it’s not heated. Other than that, great vacation. We would return and recommend this place.

Great place!

We love Hilton Head and we love staying down by Coligny. Easy walk to lots of shopping and restaurants. This was a great location and great place. Very clean, exactly as presented in the photos when we booked. Loved the ability to walk right out to the pool. Definitely recommend.

Great location, clean and beautiful

My three adult daughters and my wife all enjoyed our stay. The unit was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed for our stay, and we were thrilled with the location to the beach, very nice pool, and restaurants and shopping nearby. The unit was updated and fantastic space. The master being on the third floor made it warmer that we would prefer, but otherwise we had not issues and would stay again.

House needs updating

House was clean but very sparse. The dishes in the kitchen were horrible. A small matching set from Walmart would be a huge upgrade. No ice maker in refrigerator and no ice trays to make ice. So unusual in a house to not have any washer or dryer. Porch nice in the back but hardly any furniture except for a small loveseat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was exactly as described and well equipped for our stay. We ate most meals in the condo and had everything we needed for preparing them. The beds were comfortable and the rooms all had plenty of storage. If you've never stayed in a 3 story unit before, be prepared for how warm the top level gets. There is a ceiling fan that helped regulate the temperature a little bit but it still stayed pretty warm up there even while the lowest level was quite chilly. It certainly wouldn't be a deal-breaker and we would definitely stay here again. It's just something to be aware of. Overall, this was a great unit and we thoroughly enjoyed it for the week!
