Hop on the (seasonl) beach shuttle for easy access to the private (deeded) beach access on one of the most gorgeous beaches on the Gulf Coast). There's a slew of community amenities such as playground, lounge area, fitness room, library & TV room and even a private pier on Big Redfish Lake (with fishing)!



You're also within a 10-minute drive (or a 15-minute bike ride) to both Grayton Beach State Park and Point Washington State Parl!

With more than 1 million acres of land, Florida's Point Washington State Park offers options of either hiking, biking, or even horseback riding on its miles of trails. This beautiful forest is a great way to spend time enjoying the wildlife it contains. The trails are said to be well marked, well kept, and span a large part of 30A.

- Parking: There is parking for 2 vehicles in the Redfish Village Condominium parking lot.

- Bicycles: Enjoy 4 adult bikes to explore 30A in style! (Amenity Fee applied at checkout).

- Redfish Village Seasonal Beach Shuttle/Tram Service: Seasonal service from Memorial Day to Labor Day, providing easy transportation within the community, including to the beach and pool (Runs 10AM ro 5PM daily).

– Deeded Beach Access: The Redfish Village Community enjoys private, deeded beach access and the Blue Mountain Beach Access, both a 5 or 6 minute walk (0.3 miles) from the condo.

– Pool Access: Feelin' Salty is steps from the seasonally heated community pool, featuring a heated (year-round) pool/spa!

– Access to community dock on Big Redfish Lake with (catch & release) fishing, located roughly 700 feet from the front door of the condo. Bring your pole & tackle!

This was a family vacation for my husband, myself, our 4 adult children and their spouses. The condo was just as described. Very clean and plenty of room for all of us. The complex was quiet and peaceful. The beach was a short walk and not crowded. We enjoyed our trip and we will definitely be back.

very clean and comfortable property. we have stayed at redfish village a few times so we knew the property well. we like that it has its own beach entrance with bathrooms. no problems with property at all.

RFV didn’t disappoint. We loved the condo. The pool was perfect and the walk to the beach and cart taxi service is very manageable with 8 people. We loved it and would come back for sure. The condo location faces the creamery and the restaurant. It is very family oriented and everything shuts down after 9 pm there. The private beach bathrooms are great! Very close to the elevator.One thing I would note is the host is not very responsive. The bikes were broke but no one would respond to our message, our pool and beach code didn’t work but the groundskeepers were super helpful.
