Our family loved this home! Very convenient to the pool, restaurants and beach access. Golf cart and bikes were all the transportation we needed for our entire trip! Wonderful stay!

Enjoyed our time! Loved how spacious the house was and having the golf cart and bikes made it easy to get around. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. No complaints!

The property was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items and plenty of clean towels. There were a few very minor maintenance items left but once I brought them to their attention, someone arrived quickly and handled. Very nice home. Our family will definitely return.

This cottage was so nice. We absolutely loved it for our family vacation. The location is amazing. The beautiful community pool was a 1 minute walk away. The beach was beautiful and the golf cart made it so convenient. There are some many nice shops and restaurants nearby. Screened in porches on the front and back. The beds were some comfortable. The cottage is well equipped for those meals in. We will definitely be back.

Great experience

Overall, the property and location was great. There was a house being built next door and there was saw/construction dust all over all the outdoor furniture. Other than that, everything was exceptional. We all enjoyed.

While we can't control construction of other people's homes, we do have an excellent guest service team that is extremely easy to connect with. If you had mentioned this while you stayed, we would have promptly sent a team member to blow it off for you as quickly as possible. Construction of the neighboring home should be complete and we are glad you were still able to have such a wonderful vacation! Thank you for choosing BeachWalk Vacations!

Second annual trip!

We love the location of the cottage, quick drive or bike/walk to Blue Mountain Beach. The pool is so close and beautiful! We noticed the property has new owners and lost some of its charm. We also hoped for a better stocked pantry. You’ll have to buy everything, even salt!

Our family was excited about this stay, but unfortunately it fell well short of expectations, especially considering the price we paid.The biggest issue was parking. The driveway is only a single width, and there is literally zero overflow parking anywhere in the neighborhood. If family or friends visit, they have to park elsewhere in town and be picked up. The single-width driveway also makes using the included golf cart a hassle. Since it must be returned to the garage to charge, you have to move vehicles every time you take it in or out.We also dealt with TVs that had non-working remotes, unreliable Wi-Fi, and a community pool that was not clean, with floating debris on multiple occasions.What made the experience especially frustrating was the lack of customer service. We called multiple times, no one answered, and no one returned our voicemails. When I finally reached someone, they couldn't tell me when the issues would be resolved and simply said someone would be there "soon." We waited the entire day, and no one ever showed up. Two days into our stay, we finally received one working TV remote, but none of the other issues were addressed.Overall, we expected much more for the price. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property or Beach Walk Vacations.

Private beaches

Private beach rules different at each beach and such limited parking even with cart made going to beach a hassle. Grayton state park was a exception but it has limited capacity. Overfilled Publix beach area with very few people of private beach side. House was very nice and well maintained

Just what we needed!

We loved our stay! Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful home. High quality beds, I was happy to see that the bedsheets were all cotton not microfiber. The water pressure was low in the kitchen sink but showers were fine so I’m not sure what that was about. The golf cart was a great highlight. Beach, pool, coffee and ice cream were all super close with a lil cart ride. Found an organic grocery up the road as well!

The pros are the house is decorated well and equipped with adequate cooking utensils. The location is nice. The golf cart was a nice and we used it daily. We loved the screened in porch. The cons definitely outnumbered the cons:Power was out when we arrived, refrigerator was leaking and the house was hot. The company did resolve the problem but still inconvenient. The last day the gas on the cook top would not turn off and we could smell gas. So we had to leave the flame on low until it was resolved which took over 6 hours because it was Memorial Day. My husband and stayed until it was resolved because we were worried about the open flame which was very inconvenient. The beds upstairs were very hard and uncomfortable and the sheets were not the best. We thought they were queen but seemed to be fulls. Tight fit for adults. The cleaning could have been much better. We old cookies and a plastic Easter egg under the couch. The parking is tight and the streets are narrow. It did storm and after the storm the pool was not cleaned and lots of leaves and debris in it. We did not let it stop us from having a good time and all these things could easily be corrected whether by the owner upgrading some things and the managing company. Overall couldn't recommend at this time.

Nice location … beautiful community pool

We enjoyed our stay and liked the location .. very convenient to 30A and near the beach. The beach at Blue Mtn is nice but very small (we paid ahead for beach set ups ) There is a life guard .. the area is limited by home owner areas on either side. The house itself was clean and large living areas. 2 screened porches which were really nice . We did not use the grill or the outside patio so not sure about that area. We really liked the front screened porch for coffee. There were plenty of utensils and cooking equipment. Kitchen was nice. The house is obviously rented out quite a bit.. as are many houses in this neighborhood .. everyone was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend !

Very disappointed with our experience with BeachWalk Vacations. We chose this property because it advertised a golf cart, which was our primary mode of transportation for getting around 30A.Upon arrival, the golf cart would not hold a charge. We immediately notified the property management company, provided photos, and explained the issue, but it took more than 32 hours for them to send someone out.A technician eventually replaced the charging cord, but by then we had already lost significant use of an amenity that heavily influenced our booking decision. To avoid disrupting our vacation, we rented another golf cart at our own expense. To be clear, we loved the property and location; our frustration was solely with BeachWalk Vacation’s lack of communication and responsiveness.When we requested a refund for the unusable amenity, we were told it would go through a review process that could take up to 14 days. While we understand policies are necessary, the delays and poor communication were very frustrating. If advertised amenities are important to your booking decision, be aware that resolving issues may not be timely. We expected much better customer service and communication.The house location was perfect for walking to the pool and a short ride to the beach.

Girl’s Trip

We had a great stay! The property was very nice with minimal wear. We had an issue with the upstairs hall bathroom, but the property manager was very responsive and a maintenance person came within hours and resolved the issue. Would stay again!

Great customer service with quick responses! Not enough towels/washcloths initially but that was corrected quickly and also one TV did not work and that was also handled timely. Definitely will come back and stay again!

My Blue (Mountain) Heaven

This property is so well thought out and located in one of the cutest beach neighborhoods we've ever seen. The home is beautiful and the community pool area was gorgeous. We loved using the beach cruisers and the 6-person golf cart was brand new! It literally had 5 miles on it. Will absolutely stay there again!
