Coral Reefer is a spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom dog-friendly duplex located at the quiet end of West Lagoon Avenue on Sandpiper Drive. This three-level home sleeps up to 10 guests and offers the perfect blend of beach access, lagoon-side relaxation, and all the comforts of home.
Main Level:
The first floor features an open-concept living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen, along with a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The laundry room is conveniently located on this main living level as well. Step outside onto the balcony with Polywood furniture and enjoy a peaceful spot to unwind.
Second Level:
Upstairs, you'll find the King master suite with a newly remodeled ensuite bathroom and a private balcony with Adirondack chairs. The guest bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed and its own ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo. In the hallway between the bedrooms is a cozy twin daybed, ideal for extra sleeping space.
Top Level:
The third floor offers a queen bedroom and a hallway bunk set, along with a full bathroom that includes a tub/shower combo.
Outdoor Amenities:
Coral Reefer is just a short walk down 13th Street to the public beach access (including beach chair rentals and lifeguards). The property includes a lagoon-front pool, docks with a bait cutting station, and a small lagoon beach area—great for fishing, kayaking, or just enjoying the view. A nearby trail leads to Little Lagoon Pass Park, perfect for biking, jogging, or a scenic stroll. A charcoal grill is available beneath the house, and there is parking for 2–3 vehicles.
Dog Friendly:
We welcome up to two well-behaved, non-aggressive dogs, so bring your furry family members along.
