Condo Close to 5th Avenue and the Beach

All condos at The Cottages are individually owned and are not alike in style or decor. This condo has just been remodeled with whitewash driftwood wood floors thru out, new furnishings and a light and fresh decor. The condo is a First Floor unit for easy access.
No Stairs or Elevator.
Living room has a leather sectional
for everyone to enjoy. Sectional is a queen size sleeper.
Living room has a 55' smart TV.
Lanai overlooks a tropical garden and has table for 4

Master has King Size bed, luxurious master bath with white quartz vanity tops, two sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and separate walk-in shower. Unit has upgraded mattresses & fine linens. Master Bedroom has a 50' TV.

****Guest room has a King Size Bed (or you may request two twin beds) . Bedroom has a 32" Flat Screen TV. Guest bath has white quartz vanity with upgraded cabinetry.
Kitchen has upgraded appliances and granite countertops . A kitchen island and dining room for 6 offers all the comforts of home.

Private lanai has outdoor dining table perfect for lunch or just relaxing and two oversized reading chairs. overlooking tropical gardens This unit has its own laundry washer & dryer and car port.

The Cottages Residence is part of the Naples Bay Resort so you will enjoy the hotel's resort amenities. The complex is located close to 5th Avenue District. As a guest, you will enjoy all the hotel has to offered. The club provides spa treatments, state of the art workout facilities, conference center, a fully staffed tennis center light courts and 5000 sq. ft of resort style pools with waterfall grotto and lazy river through tropical gardens. There is a lap pool and adult only whirlpool as well as the lazy river. The Resort has outside fireplaces and lounging seating areas.

The concierge can arrange golf tee times at one of 5 golf courses withing a 4 mile radius. Boats are available for rent with or without a captain.

Bio about the owner:
As a full time Naples resident, I have been a member of the Naples Bay Resort for 10 years and have enjoyed all that NBR has to offer. I manage other condos in the area so if you have a special request, do ask. As an owner, I hope to make your stay in our condo as enjoyable as possible by providing you with all the comforts of home and the luxury of a hotel. Our Team is available to answer any questions. We will stay here again!

Royal Harbor was awesome! This was our first trip to Naples and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The location gave us easy access to what ever we wanted to do. Royal Harbor offers great amenities! The place is nicely furnished, kitchen and bathrooms are top notch. Communication with the property manager was great. She provided prompt responses and nevered seemed to mind answering our questions. She was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again!

Stellar in Every Way

This is a beautiful, well maintained unit. The owner is a delight to work with and wants renters to have a lovely vacation. There are extra touches - basic supplies in the kitchen which is clean, well-organized and equipped with everything you could possibly need including nice placements, napkins and napkin rings. A personal welcome note and welcome gifts, beautiful soaps in the bathroom are all above and beyond the norm. We have rented several condos in Naples Bay Resort and most have kitchens that are sparsely adequate and no supplies - sometimes not even salt and pepper! Not this well equipped unit. It is located in a quiet area with an easy walk to the pool. Naples Bay Resort is a fabulous place to stay and this is a fabulous unit.

A fabulous condo to call home

I have enjoyed every moment that I have been here. As an extended renter, I can tell you that this condo offers everything you can imagine. The condo has been recently remodeled to a white, gray and green color that makes it very welcoming, cheerful and extremely comfortable to live in. The owner pays attention to every detail which makes renting this condo a joy. The resort itself could not be any better, from the fabulous service around the pool and gym, to the many pools to enjoy. I like thT itboffwrs abd adult sitting area and hot tub as well as a family hot tub. The resort is within walking distance of 5th Avenue which makes a morning walk really enjoyable. Tin city offers fun and casual restaurants which is a real treat. Taking a boat taxi to go restaurant hopping is also a treat for me and a beautiful bay ride. I can honestly say this has been a great choice!

Naples Bay Club Resort

Naples Bay Club Resort / Cottages was first rate! These accommodations and location were a 10 / 10 to us. The condo had lots of room for us to relax when we were taking a break or in the evening. Well appointed with so many details that you may not find in other condos. The lanai was such a great space to relax. The location of Naples Bay Cottages are so conveniently located right by the club to access the pools and anything you want to do at the club. The club and pools were excellent. First rate facilities with top notch service. Even the food we ate poolside was great. Try the shrimp tacos. Also, it is very nice to have an adult pool area for some relaxing or when you want to take a break from the main pool area. All the club staff were available for anything that you needed. This location is so close to the resort marina, tin city and with some athletic shoes you can even walk to fifth Ave south for more shopping and more restaurants. We walked to the Naples resort marina as well as to Tin City for dinner. The Naples Bay Club Resort has so much to offer and there is so much to do. Wish we could have stayed a lot longer. Thank you to Alina, Mari and team for a great vacation. We hope to be back soon!

Great apartment at Naples Bay Resort

We originally selected a 2 bedroom apartment at the Naples Bay Resort cottages. We were upgraded before arrival to a 3 bedroom which worked out perfectly for our family. The location of the resort is excellent. It is an easy walk to the marina or Tin City and in cooler weather potentially further to 5th Avenue. The resort offers a shuttle to the beach and 5th Avenue so you don’t have to rely on a car. The pool area and lazy river are very clean as are all the communal areas. The gym facility is excellent and I would also recommend the pool bar. The food was great and comparable in price to offsite cafes. The apartment is fantastic. Spotlessly clean, well equipped to a high standard and we really appreciated there not only being basics such as some water and tea / coffee but also full cooking ingredients which really helped as we wanted to cater in. The host Alina was extremely responsive to two minor settling in queries we had and resolved the issue the same day. We loved the master suite and relaxing on the balcony in the evening. We enjoyed trips to the botanical gardens / Everglades city to take a airboat trip / a boat trip with Seas the day from Tin City and many beaches. Even seeing dolphins swim by within 20 Metres. What a wonderful family holiday , made easier by wonderful accommodation.

Great Stay

The condo was very nice. Nicely furnished. Very clean. Great location. The property manager was great as well. She was very responsive when we had questions and even managed to get us early check in. I would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend to others.

A+ Experience - You will LOVE staying here!

We could have stayed at this condo forever... every thing you could think of needing was provided. The property manager was very polite and answered all of our questions, plus gave us great recommendations. She was very professional in all email and phone interactions, and she made everything easy for us. In terms of the condo, it was super clean and looked newly-updated. It’s elegant, but very homey too. We loved relaxing in the living room just as much as going out to nearby 5th Avenue. The beach chairs and coolers were a great touch, as was the sewing kit when my friend's button fell off her dress! Location-wise: 5th Avenue was a 10 min walk with tons of restaurants and shops. The beach is about a 5 min drive, and we took advantage of the free shuttle from the resort. We also loved walking to the marina every morning to start our day at the little coffee shop. For those wanting to be more active, there are nearby bike and kayak rentals too, which some of group did. The resort has awesome pools and hot tubs, plus a lazy river, which you're never too old for. The resort staff is very attentive, just what we were looking for in a vacation. We will definitely stay in this condo in our future trips to Naples!

Great family vacation!

I stayed at this lovely property with my husband, mother and our 2 children (ages 3 and 1) for 12 nights at the beginning of November. We had a fantastic time. The place was just as depicted in the pictures. It was very well appointed and in very good condition. There were beach chairs, an umbrella and a few toys for the kiddos to take to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated that it had things such as garbage bags, Saran Wrap, plastic bags, etc. There were plenty of towels. The location of the unit was perfect - just a short and scenic walk to the pool. The pool was fantastic and my kids loved it. We especially loved the poolside service (the food was great)! We spent a lot of time at the pool. The area is under renovation but we hardly even noticed it. We liked the proximity to the Naples bay resort. We also chartered a boat from the Naples bay marina. It was amazing! The unit was very close to everything we needed. Our host was very welcoming and made sure we had directions in advance and was available to us during our stay. They also left a little welcome gift that was very much appreciated. All in all it was a great family vacation. So much so, my 3 year old daughter said she didn’t want to go home and wanted to stay. We loved Naples and thoroughly enjoyed our time in the unit! We would return again in a heartbeat (my daughter is already asking if we can go back). I would definitely recommend to others.

The place was clean, the pool was very nice. The airconditioning didn't work for two nights; four adults, a two year old and an infant were very uncomfortable.

It's always like coming home

We have rented this condo for 3 years and have enjoyed each year more and more. The condo is very well equipped with all the little extras like sewing kit, first aid box, extra towels and all the kitchen items down to paper products. We love sitting in the private lanai and reading. The location is very close to the pool, and gym. The complex is fabulous, very friendly staff members, a nice grill by the pool and a state of the art gym. The yoga classes are for all levels so I was able to enjoy them. The tennis has lights and my husband enjoyed planning when the sun went down. The property manager always checks in to make sure we have everything we need. We really enjoy our extended stay and look forward to our future trips.

Wonderful time

Great location, quiet and lots of options for activities. Plenty of room to relax. The place was very clean. Only downside was some of the furniture was in poor shape. The couch had a board over the pullout bed that needed to be removed, but the beds were comfy and showers great. The agent handling the premises were very responsive to any problems. Had a great time.

Luxury in Naples!

Our stay in Naples was enhanced by our decision to rent this condo. Even before our arrival, our interaction with the owner was exceptional. All questions and concerns were answered promptly not only by e-mail, but also with phones calls. One e-mail from the owner was the forwarding of a current article in the New York Times which came out about things to do in Naples. It was just a nice little touch to take the time to try to enhance our stay. On arrival, a bottle of wine was waiting as a nice "welcome". The condo was exceptionally clean which was very important to us. The pool with its waterfall and lazy river was great for adults but would be exceptionally great for kids. And yes, it is heated. While we were there, the owner called and asked if it would be O.K. to have a delivery of some items she had purchased for the condo. A short while later, some stools for the counter area in the kitchen were delivered which were immediately put to use by us. Also a large make up mirror for the bathroom came. Just shows the owner is thinking about how to make her quests stay more pleasant. Location is good. No need to take a car into town because it is an easy stroll of under 15 minutes. I would definitely return and can highly recommend.

Great location and excellent condo!

My wife and I stayed at the condo for the first two weeks of February 2015. It was very nicely furnished with a lanai surrounded by greenery that provided privacy and many hours of enjoyment. The kitchen was beautiful and well-organized. The large screen television in the living room adjacent to the kitchen provided a great venue for watching the Super Bowl, and the television in the master bedroom allowed us to watch tv before turning in for the night. The master bathroom and it's walk-in shower and two sinks were attractive and very functional. the condo is just off 5th Avenue, about a mile from the shops and restaurants. It's an excellent location if you want access to everything Naples has to offer. It's a bit of a drive to Bonita Springs, but for Naples, it's location is excellent. The pool area and excercize facility are also first rate and only a short walk from the condo. I would highly recommend the condo to others.

Perfect acomodation!

This condo has everything that you can possibly need for vacation. Very clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The owner was on a top of everything that needs attention. The complex has few pools and a lazy river. It was so much fun for us and for the kids. The beach is just few minutes away. Perfect! Will definitely come back again.

Wonderful Condo!

Condo is beautiful and quiet. My husband and I stayed there for the Memorial Day weekend. We absolutely loved it! It has a great location with a perfect resort pool for adults and kids. There is a outdoor bar at the pool that offers a very nice menu for poolside with reasonable prices. The unit is very comfortable with the best equipped kitchen in a rental I've experienced. The location is excellent, very close to downtown shopping and restaurants and the beach is amazing. The unit itself has two very nice bedrooms and two full bathrooms and an extra pull out sofa in the living room. The screened balcony is perfect to have breakfast. It was also very clean. There are plenty of extras like beach/pool towels, chairs, you do not have to bring your own. I highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to explore this beautiful city on the Gulf. We will definitely staying there again with the kids.

Couldn't ask for a better stay!

My husband and I stayed at The Cottages at Naples for our honeymoon. The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything you could want. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook your meals for the week, the living room was spacious and comfortable, and the master bedroom/bathroom suite was absolutely gorgeous. This is definitely the home of our dreams! The community also had a beautiful private pool that we enjoyed daily and a spa on premises.The home owner was very accommodating and stayed in contact with us throughout our stay. We highly recommend staying here. We are looking forward to returning once a year for more beautiful stays.

Lovely, lively Condo

I recently vacationed at this condo and had the best vacation. The owner was wonderful to interact with and really went the extra mile by taking the time to provide suggestions for activities and restaurants. The condo itself was incredibly comfortable and in pristine condition. The lanai overlooks a quiet garden, the resort pools are luxurious, and the resort staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The marina was an added bonus - we ended up renting kayaks and going out to the Naples Bay. In addition, the tennis courts are lit at night and we found that to be even more fun than playing during the day. I can't say enough about this condo and resort. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Exceptional Unit, Exceptional Service, Exceptional Stay!

We just returned home from a fantastic experience at Naples Bay Resort. We have 2 children, have spent numerous vacations at NBR, and this was the best one yet. This is a wonderful unit, beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The owners were absolutely incredible to work with, and they even left us a bottle of wine for our arrival! The location in the complex is just perfect, close to the pool, but not fronting it, which can be a little noisy. We had such a great time that I tried to book for next year while we were still on vacation, but it is already booked. I cannot recommend this unit, resort or the owner more highly.

We had a long term stay

When our condo sold, we looked for a rental to stay while we built our home. This condo was perfect for us. Since all of our things were packed and in storage, this beautifully furnished condo offered the perfect home for us. It had everything we needed and more. The resort made us feel like we were on vacation. I will miss this incredible setting. The owners were very accommodating. They even upgraded the TVs.

The proximity to 5th Avenue makes this neighborhood a great location with fabulous walkability.

This condo has been remodel with new whitewash wood floors and complete new furnishing. It upscale but comfortable, and has everything in it to make your vacation complete.
The first floor makes it easy access and the location is very private and quiet. The lanai overlooks a tropical garden and it is just steps away from the resort pools.
The Resort is located just 5 minutes from Tin City Restaurants and Shops and 10 mins from Downtown 5th Avenue Restaurants and Shops.
The 5th Avenue Beach is just 1.5 miles away - A Free Beach Shuttle runs every hour on the hour and will pick you up and drop you off at your door.
