If you are considering this rental property, don’t hesitate! As good as the reviews are, the experience is even better!! At every turn, the host and the property exceeded my high expectations!! The property is about as close to Helen as you can get and also around the corner from Unicoi State Park. The cleanliness of the house, thoughtfulness of the host and well-stocked amenities are just the tip of the iceberg that combine to create a spectacular vacation experience!!

The atmosphere of the place was awesome. Loved the way they decorated and how pet friendly they truly are. They had dog bows, crates, poop bags and even dog treats. Great place to stay and very close to town. Definitely recommend the Hard Rock Haus. Thanks a bunch.

Best experience we could’ve hoped for in a rental. Tons of entertainment in the house, that we didnt need to go into town. Casey, the Host, was always quick to respond with an answer. We will definitely be back.

We had the best time on our Helen trip celebrating my Mom’s birthday! The house was perfect and the location was so quiet. Our dogs absolutely loved the fenced in back yard to run around in. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The theme was awesome and we loved reading all the posters/pictures on the walls and going through the records. Don’t let me forget get playing the video game and relaxing by the fire pit. We will for sure stay here again and highly recommend!!!

This place exceeded our expectations. If you are a music lover it speaks (or sings) to you. The fenced yard was so nice and allowed us to bring our bubbies in our trip and they loved being part of the experience. The beds were the most comfortable in any rental we have had. The host went above and beyond to create a book of suggestions and the area was so beautiful. We will definitely seek out this rental next time we come back. Also the record player invoked my childhood.

Hard Rock Haus was wonderful. No one in our group had ever been to the area and we were really looking forward to getting out and looking around. Problem was we enjoyed the house so much we did a lot of hanging out instead of venturing out. We did enjoy Betty's IGA (good for groceries souvenirs and quick service style food) the mini golf course at the end of town and the Anna Ruby Falls. Our most favorite thing to do was hangout at the house and play games (they provide indoor and outdoor games plus electronic games). The beds are comfortable and the front porch swing is great for napping! Thanks to the laundry room we were able to get some washing done before heading home. If you are planning to visit this area, I would highly recommend renting this home. The hosts are very thoughtful and provide great information about the area and have thought of everything to make your stay a great one.

Casey is an amazing host. She really cares about her guest and her home. The amenities are top notch. The home is spotless and well organized. We loved the record player and music room. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbor right next door is a delight. We loved that the neighborhood is one mile from the center of the activities of Helen. We were able to enjoy Helen's central area of activities with less than 3 minutes of driving, but able to escape the noise and crowds at Casey's house. This is our new go to home for Helen.

Hard Rock Haus was above our expectations! The house is beautifully decorated, everything looks new and very clean, and we had all the items we could need. The wow factor was there! As soon as we opened the door we were amazed by the decor, and the backyard is so large and beautiful. The backyard is fully fenced, so our dogs were safely off-leash. The property was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The TV was already signed in to Netflix, which made it easier for us. We cooked in the property for dinner each night and had all the necessary utensils. We did smores in the fire pit in the backyard, and also had all we needed (the wood, fuel, and lighter). The laundry is in a separate building in the backyard, and it is very spacious and both machines were clean and worked well. We did our laundry twice during our trip. We LOVED playing the records in the game room while one of us played Pac-Man in the Arcade machine. The drive from the property to Betty's Country store was just 3-4 minutes, then 4-5 minutes to anywhere in town we wanted to go. Another aspect I liked about this property is that it is high-up in the mountains but close to the main attractions. There is a large empty green field right across the front porch, which was pretty cool for a view when sitting on the porch. This place deserves all stars available!!

This place was awesome from late nights by the fire and unstoppable pin ball playing. The house is cute, the decor is a whole vibe. These people need to come and interior decorate my memorabilia room. lolPrivate fenced in back yard was great for my ESA pup, dog bowls, treats you name it. I also enjoyed the lighting around the property. Absolute amazing weekend stay with my graduate! Weather was bleh but the house made it worth it!!!
