Charming, updated 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom in wonderful area, minutes from Boulder!

As 5 Star hosts for the past seven years we take great pride in our property and that is reflected in our immaculate reputation as hosts. These guests arrived during an area wide power outage that lasted for one hour. The guests felt that a brief hour long power outage too long. They spent no more than a few minutes at the property before deciding to leave on their own accord. The guest’s husband communicated to us that his wife and their dog both suffer from asthma related health issues. After a few minutes, his wife seemed to conclude that her asthma was affected by our property. The day they arrived happened to be one of the worst air quality days in Colorado’s history due to smoke from wildfires in neighboring states. We only use nontoxic, unscented cleaning products - it is categorically false that there was any sort of synthetic fragrance in the cottage. The husband made it clear that his wife tends to be difficult and it had nothing to do with us or our beautiful property when they chose to go elsewhere just a few minutes after arriving. Additionally, the guests mention that the cottage is not private as described in our listing. The cottage is extremely private. It has its own separate parking area, separate private entrance and a fully fenced (6 foot) private backyard with a lawn and a large covered patio. Guests rave about these features of our property as it adds so much to their stay. We are genuinely puzzled by this guest’s odd behavior and dishonest review.
