Couples Retreat: Updated Condo w/ Resort Amenities, Lake Views, Pool Private Boat Ramp

Water enthusiasts, this is your Place! Bring your boat or jetski and launch from the private ramp (remote in condo). There is a free parking area for your trailers across the street from the condo. The swimming pool is close, but not tooo close to ruin your peaceful mornings or evenings. Our 2 kayaks are yours to enjoy during your stay and are stored under the deck

Nestled along the shoreline of Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs National Park, this condo is a tranquil retreat with breathtaking views, tastefully decorated living space and a full kitchen. Savor your morning coffee on the private deck overlooking mountains and shimmering water. Enjoy the pool, walk along the boardwalk, take the kayaks for a spin or fish just steps off your deck. If you need a change of scenery, charming downtown attractions are nearby.



*Note : Lake Hamilton gets it's water drawn down3'- 5' every year during the winter from November 1st - March 1st. This affects boating and kayaking activities.



Totally remodeled and updated spcae with new Roku-enabled TV, anhanced high=speed Wi-fi, and tons of great amenities. Large magnificent windows to the lake and a spacious covered porch with comfy Adirondack loungers, dining table, chairs and grill. If you don't want to grill, we have a full kitchen at your disposal. To start your morning right, there's a coffee bar loaded with ground coffee, K-cup coffee, and cream and sugar.



The condo has a shared pool, tennis courts and pickle ball courts that are just across the parking lot in front of the condo. There is a wooden boardwalk that runs along the lake that is great for morning and afternoon walks.
