Welcome to Casa Coronado—a spotless, beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean-view condo located just 200 feet from Capistrano Lane in the iconic San Clemente Pier Bowl. In under two minutes, you can walk to the beach, San Clemente Pier, oceanfront parks, amazing dining, cafés, and the free seasonal trolley (Mar–Oct). This location delivers the perfect blend of quiet residential charm and immediate beach access.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, relaxed coastal atmosphere with luxury mattresses, premium bedding, a fully stocked cook’s kitchen, fast WiFi, large smart TVs, surfboards, wetsuits, and a private garage—rare for the Pier Bowl.

Amazing location walkable to the beach and dining. Super clean condo stocked with so many extras normal vacation rentals don't have. The hosts have thought of everything to make the stay great. The pictures do not do the view justice!
