The space MAJOR RENOVATION COMPLETED IN 2026 This Dana Point home underwent a major renovation in 2026, featuring a complete kitchen overhaul, a fully redesigned master bathroom, new flooring throughout, and partial window upgrades. Additional enhancements include new amenities such as a living room TV and central air conditioning for year-round comfort.
LIVING SPACE - BED & BATH When you enter our home you are greeted by a cathedral ceiling great room with lots of comfortable seating and floor to ceiling windows framing panoramic views of the Beach, Ocean, Sky, and Catalina island in the distance. Our home is also equipped with a Giant front deck that has everything you need to keep it fun and easy, including sun bathing chairs, a fire pit, a barbecue, and an outdoor dining table for six. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily cook meals and snacks for your family and/or friends. Just add the food and have fun together.

Air-Conditioning This property includes air conditioning. The thermostat should be set no lower than 74 degrees and turned off when the home is vacant. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the home will cool to a specific temperature in all bedrooms and spaces
Parking Details Parking is available for 3 vehicles. 1 Inside the Garage and 2 on the Driveway. Additional vehicles can be parked in approved areas near the front guard gate. No additional parking is permitted in our community especially in front of our neighbor's homes or in their paid-for parking spaces across the street.
Laundry A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.
High Chair & Pack 'n Play High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.
Noise/Construction disclaimer Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Firepit/Fireplace Warning The fireplace and firepit must never be left unattended while in use.
Quiet Hours Notice Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
- The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom is currently non-functional, but it still serves as a spacious and relaxing tub for a peaceful soak.
