You will love this place. Large 1500 sq ft 2 story oceanfront condo. It has a full kitchen with upgraded stainless-steel appliances and Quartz counter tops. The Kitchen, Dining, Living Room, 1/2 Bath and large Balcony are downstairs and overlook the ocean. Upstairs you have 2 bedrooms each with their own full bathroom.

The main bedroom has a king size bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress, 60" TV, writing desk with chair and private balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The bathroom has double sinks and large walk-in shower and guest robes for your comfort.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a private bathroom with bathtub/shower combo.

All beds have an upgraded memory foam mattress.

There is a full-size washer and dryer upstairs, and a full-size iron and ironing board in the 2nd guest bedroom closet.

There is a 60" Smart Televisions in the main bedroom and a 60" Smart Television in the living room lots of premium channels, including Netflix, Hulu, YouTubeTV, Disney Plus, Prime TV, Local Channels and Sports channels on YouTube TV and premium movie channels.

The condo is stocked with everything you need including: Beach Towels, Blankets, Buckets, Toys, Chairs, etc. and the condo has Spices, Coffee, Creamer, Sugar, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Hair Dryers, Laundry Soap, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Soap, Trash Bags, Filtered Water and Ice through the full-size refrigerator.

There is a Ring Video doorbell located at the entrance which makes it easy to reach me directly just by pressing the doorbell.

You will be in direct contact with Kelly, the owner, and not a property management company.

Spacious & Convenient Beach Condo

My family of 5 had a fabulous stay! The layout of the condo made it super comfortable and the provided supplies and location made it incredibly convenient for my entire family to enjoy a week at the beach. It was so nice not having to bring a bunch of beach supplies, including towels, and the kitchen and bedrooms were well appointed with everything we needed (and then some). There was a great variety of restaurants and stores nearby and the beachfront setup of the condo complex made accessing the beach and rinsing off afterward very easy, which was incredibly valuable as a family with 3 little ones. We had a great time, enjoyed the beautiful views, and were truly comfortable in the unit.

Location

This property had everything you needed for the beach and all the necessary things to start the vacation. Paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex, coffee, dish detergent, laundry detergent etc. Private beach access and the coew was beautiful.

Home on the Beach

This is a beautiful place to stay and has become a yearly destination for our family. The host has outfitted the condo with everything you need to settle in for life at the beach. If you want to cook and enjoy dinner "at home" with the beautiful ocean view, the kitchen is fully equipped and there are numerous grocery options within a short drive (and one smaller, local grocer easily walkable within a few blocks). If you'd rather go out, there are plenty of great, nearby restaurants to choose from. And the beach is right there, so you can come an go as you please. No need to shoulder the logistics of packing and planning for a family day at the beach--just step right outside your door at whatever time (and as many times as) you like. Take a sunrise walk while the rest of your family sleeps, take chairs and towels (supplied) down for a longer stay, or dash out tor a quick swim to cool off whenever you feel like it. The host is superb--responsive and helpful when needed--and the immediate surroundings are lovely. The condo sits at the beginning of a mostly residential and relatively quiet stretch of beach that runs north to Neptune Beach and south to the heart of Jax Beach, with plenty of excitement, restaurants, and shopping within reach on foot or by car at either place if/when you want them.. I highly recommend and can't wait to return with my family!

Excellent Condo

Overall great trip for my family. This was our first time visiting the Jacksonville area and we were lucky to find this place. The condo is very much what is shown in the pics. Very clean, updated and spacious for our family of 4. Very well stocked with daily needs throughout the entire condo. Rental even included an entire closet of beach related items we could use. It was great having a balcony on both floors to relax on in the evenings. Building was in a quiet area right on the beach. The beaches were awesome and not crowded. It was nice knowing we didnā€™t have to go out super early just to claim a spot. We could go at our own pace knowing that there would be plenty of room. Lots of different food options in either way you traveled leaving the condo as well. This condo is an exceptional value and we will definitely be visiting again in the future.

amazing views and steps from the beach

This is our second time staying at Kelly's condo and we really can't say enough good things about it. It's clean, spacious, very comfortable, and has all the kitchen items you could possibly need. Kelly is a superb host. We loved watching the moon rise and being able to watch the sunrise from bed is nothing short of spectacular. The beach is so close, which really makes all the difference when spending a day at the beach ā€“ no need to lug huge coolers or have worry about forgetting something. We can't wait to visit again!

Wonderful family getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at Kelly's condo, and we hope very much to make it a tradition for years to come. The property is beautiful--clean, bright, comfortable, and perfectly located--and has everything you need to hit the beach and feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen and numerous grocery stores right nearby enabled us to cook at home for much of the week, and when we wanted to eat out or grab a coffee, there were plenty of delicious options just a short distance away, many within walking distance. The views are stunning, with two balconies to enjoy a cold drink, read a book or sit and chat, and Kelly is a great, responsive host. We all came home happy and relaxed. This is a truly wonderful place to stay.

Fabulous!

We spent the week there to see one of our 5 Grandchildren graduate high school. The location was perfect, the beach was so beautiful and was close walking distance to shopping. The condo was spacious and fully stocked with everything we could have asked for. They provided beach chairs and beach towels and beach toys for the little ones and the fridge had most of the condiments you may need should you want to cook. It was an amazing week, check-in was fabulous, the view of the sunrise on the beach in the morning was amazing and we will definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!!

Great stay

This was a wonderful place to stay. Location is perfect. Right on the beach with great views. They have the best stocked/supplied place I've stayed in. Everything you need for the beach is there. Great kitchen supplies. Easy parking. Even the TV set up is well done, something I don't worry about much when I'm at the beach, but it was nice at night. I strongly recommend.

Wedding anniversary

We came to Jax Beach to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary. We had an amazing week and this condo had a lot to do with it. The location on the beach is perfect. The views from the two balconies are beautiful. Cleanliness and attention to detail are evident in every room. The amenities and supplies provided are plentiful and very much appreciated. We have used VRBO rentals from Lake Placid, NY to Hilo, HI and this property is now one of our favorites. Todd and Marcia

Absolutely amazing

We had a wedding in Jacksonville and decided to turn the trip into a week long family vacation. Our trip was so great mostly because of this condo! It is a beautiful space with easy access to the beach, which was so important because there wasnā€™t a lot else around the area to do with kids! We were at the beach every day and didnā€™t have to worry about bringing anything in our luggage because Kelly has everything you could need! The kitchen is well stocked and it was so convenient to have laundry (with supplies) on site. We really only had to bring clothes and food! Being right on the ocean was so nice - to listen to the waves crash and watch the beautiful sunrise every day was breathtaking. We even got to see a rocket launch on our first day! I wish every place could be this amazing! Kelly was also very responsive and accommodating. Canā€™t say enough good things!

Sister's Trip 2022

Kelly's condo was very clean, comfortably furnished, in good condition, and decorated attractively! It was well stocked with household goods, so there was no need to bring or buy any. She was great at communicating and very helpful! We loved how close it was to the beach - just a short boardwalk away. I would definitely stay here again!

There is so much available to do such as walking on the beach, shopping, golf, restaurants, nightlife, and our favorite is just to relax at the beach and do nothing at all. We chose this property for many reasons. We were looking for a place we could share with others and enjoy ourselves. First of all it is directly on the ocean and has 2 large balconies with amazing views. The condo itself is large (1500 sq ft) and we have furnished it with quality furnishings so that you feel comfortable.

This condo complex is located on a road that is blocked off from heavy traffic. It's almost like an oceanfront cul-de-sac. The parking lot is gated and has plenty of parking for owners and guest. It is also centrally located at the beach and close to just about anything you would need. You can walk to restaurants, bars the Jacksonville Beach Fishing Pier and shops.
