You will undoubtedly make unforgettable family memories in this brand new Bayside Village home located in the beautiful, gated Bay Creek community — just a short walk to the Life Center and private beach!

Thoughtfully designed with families in mind, this bright and spacious home features an open concept living area, an inviting kitchen/dining area perfect for meals together, and cozy spaces for everyone to relax after a day at the beach or exploring historic downtown Cape Charles! Children and adults alike will love the convenient access to the resort amenities and local attractions.

With parents in mind, this rental is well equipped with the following items for families of small children:

-Two Small Stools

Resort-Style Amenities:
Your reservation will include Bay Creek Club access during your stay. You will have access to book golf at the private golf club, use the Life Center which includes a 5,000 square-foot fitness studio, a 2,800 square-foot member lounge, access to two outdoor pools (seasonal), a toddler splash pad (seasonal) and lawn games, an expansive private beach with weekend seasonal beach rental service, explore the 350-acre Nature Preserve and dine at the Coach House Tavern.

Great Location and Great House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I just completed a 4-night stay along with two friends. The house is immaculate and comfortable. It’s a short walk to the beach, life center, golf course as well as the Coach House tavern (especially important!). We would like to go back for a month this winter. It’s a great spot!

Fabulous family vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house in Bay Creek. It was very clean and spacious and beautifully appointed! We loved the mud room for hanging towels and beach toys etc, which was directly off of the screened in porch. I would recommend that the jute rugs were a trip hazard for the older family members and the tots tripped on them alot. The room upstairs that was the "queen" bed room was set up using a day bed and was only accessible on one side. We had an older couple using it and it was difficult for them to get in and out. I think this should be mentioned in the description. Also, the Bay Creek app didn't work and many of the employees were confused as to where to find our names for entry to the amenities. I had to call Jessica many times to get things straight. Hopefully in time this will run more smoothly. Our dinner at the Tavern was amazing! Food and drinks were delicious!We will be returning to this community again! Loved the pool and weight room and the beach was fantastic for families.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the home. Every room was spotless, well-prepared, and clearly maintained with care, which made settling in so much easier for our family.One of the standout features is the location—the home is just a 5-minute walk to a private beach, which felt like a hidden gem. The water was calm, still, and lake-like, making it ideal for families with kids or anyone just looking to relax in peace. The beach was pristine, never crowded, and we were fortunate enough to watch the sunset there every single night—a truly magical experience.We also loved that the house sits within a private, gated community, which gave us a strong sense of safety and peace. It’s perfect for morning jogs and walks, with scenic routes throughout the neighborhood. The community pool, just a 2-minute walk away, was another highlight. It was crystal-clear, well-kept, and never overly busy.For outings, everything we needed was close by—great local restaurants, ice cream shops, and even pontoon rentals were all within 10 minutes. It struck the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and easy access to fun.We couldn't have asked for a better setup for a relaxing family vacation. We’ll definitely be back!
