This lovely couple and crew were exceptional guests! They were friendly, communicative, and took wonderful care of our home. During their stay, they noticed a leak coming from the laundry room ceiling light and let us know right away. Thanks to their prompt communication, we were able to send someone out immediately, and after a second visit discovered that a condensate line needed to be replaced. Throughout the entire process, they were incredibly patient, understanding, and transparent. They made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier with their kindness and flexibility. We truly appreciated having them as guests and would be delighted to welcome them back to Shell Yeah! anytime.

Our home was left in clean and well loved condition! We felt so bad that a few personal items were left behind, and we’ll absolutely keep an eye out for Bruno ourselves next time we’re there. Communication was excellent, and I appreciated their patience and cooperation as we worked together to troubleshoot the pool lights (the brand doesn’t always love humidity and saltwater, my deepest apologies🤗). Communication was easy and pleasant throughout their stay, and they even alerted us to an issue (smelled smoke upstairs) with the AC panel/wiring—thanks to them, we got it replaced right away!
