The listing of the home is accurate.Very well-maintained cabin, comfortable bed and furnishing. Great location to downtown Pigeon Forge.Only thing I would mention to future guest is that the road in the subdivision that leads directly to the cabin is VERY steep and the cabin is right at the top of that steep road. The parking is level in front of the cabin which is nice.

Exactly as pictured! Far enough from the strip to feel secluded but close enough to travel when wanted! Host was very responsive and accessible during the whole trip. Would stay here again!!

Great location and fits large family

Kids had plenty of space to hang out and it was in a peaceful location. It was very near the parkway with restaurants and activities.

As good as the picture!

The location was perfect. It was close enough to see the Dollywood fireworks but far enough from the strip to enjoy the mountains and the atmosphere. They were also quick with a response to any questions that we had during our stay.

Great cabin!

Gorgeous cabin, well stocked, decorated beautifully for Christmas. Noisey neighbors but I know you have no control over them. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Cancer Survival Family Vacation

Overall impression was good. Upstairs shower was not clean and had open soap and shampoo bottles along with dirty wash clothes. There were soiled sheets on the pullout bed. Very responsive when asking for assistance was appreciated!

The Boulder Bear Lodge was perfect for the six of us! It was very clean!!! We arrived very late in the evening and our directions and paperwork were left just as they said they would be. Finding the cabin was easy and the staff was very accommodating when we checked in the next morning. We are already planning two other events for this year and will definitely rent from Aunt Bug's again!

One last family get a way

Our sweet youngest daughter was 8 years younger than her brother and 15 y younger than her sister. For her 19th birthday ( and before she leaves for boot camp) we wanted one more vacation with the whole family. Pigeon Forge seemed a perfect fit and Aunt Bugs Cabin was a great choice. All the necessities were there and some wonderful extras like a gaming system, pool table and theater seating. Each family had its own bathroom and there was an adequate amount of towels and bedding. The kitchen was clean and the cabin was rustically, beautifully furnished. We also enjoyed the on site (down the drive) salt water pool after our hot day at Dollywood. The location was perfect for groceries, restaurants, and easy access to Dollywood! The description said it slept 10, but that was only if 2 people slept on the blow up mattress (we only had 9 people so it was fine for us). All told, we had a wonderful trip thanks, in part, to our hosts who made it so easy.

Overall VERY disappointed

Upon walking in, first impressions were okay. However once we started unloading and making ourselves at home we realized how DIRTY the cabin was. Dirty sock in between the movie seats, dirty paper towels under the coach, mold in the main floor bath tub, cobwebs EVERY where and so many more things were dirty. The pool table was very old and used and hard to even play on. Then on our second to last night stay they were calling for bad weather. Living a couple hours away and having to get home on Monday, I tried to message the rental. Hours later , I still never got a response to my question even though they say to “message this number if you need anything”. However, this is false information. They were absolutely NO help. We bought Dollywoods season passes and plan on coming multiple times when they reopen; however; I will not only ever be staying here, but I will NEVER be staying at any of “Aunt Bugs” Cabins again.
