The water took 10 minutes before it got warm enough to shower and wash dishes. That's not an exaggeration. There was what appeared to be a nasty sock on the headboard of the master bedroom. In another room was a maxi pad on the floor that clearly had been used with blood on it. Mold in the coffee maker. Dried food left on bowls. A pool umbrella was in the bottom of the pool. I had to call a rep for the code to open the front door. And then you can't check in until 4:00 pm and checkout at 10:00 am then you are expected to start a load of towels and the dishwasher even after paying a cleaning fee. Trash had to be collected from all the bathrooms and bedrooms and kitchen and disposed of in the trash cans. It appeared to me that the house hadn't been recently cleaned due to the dust on the furniture and the umbrella in the pool. The carpet was extremely dirty and stained and several window blinds didn't work and some were broke. For the amount of money we paid there should be no reason for it to be in that condition.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay over Thanksgiving at Tangerine Sky. There were 19 of us traveling with a crew ranging from 4-91 yrs old. Everyone was accommodated and had loads of fun.Hosts are a text/call away. They are attentive and respond immediately with help and resources. Plenty of games, activities to stay busy. House is well stocked with towels, hygiene, detergents and well stocked kitchen.Near shopping, grocery, and attractions. 3 car garage is a plus. Recommend pool heating as it makes that winter visit fun and balmy. Great handicapable access with main level bathroom, bedroom and patio.Thank you so much. Would visit again.

Buddies golf trip

Overall, property was well maintained and in great shape. Had everything that we needed to hang out around the house whenever we weren’t in the course!

Great layout for entertaining with multiple families

The house has a great layout for big/multiple families and entertaining. Kitchen large and stocked with minimum basics but enough to get by. Pool was unusable for 1/2 our stay due to it being very dirty and low on chem but nice when we could use it. House needs another air conditioning unit for upstairs. It was too hot and stuffy to sleep at night. Ended up sleeping downstairs like a big kid sleepover for several of us. Master shower faucet is odd. Never gets really warm because the faucet isn’t set properly. It’s ok to have the cold showers to cool off at night, though when you can’t sleep in the heat! Grill was filthy and had to buy tools to use/clean it. No patio umbrellas like the pics showed which would have been nice. Positives definitely outweigh the negatives. Great pool table, foosball and shuffleboard set up. Never used air hockey because it’s upstairs with bedrooms. Like the multiple tvs so everyone had control of a remote - important with 3 guys in the house! Decor was cute and comfy. Patio was awesome for hanging out by the pool and playing putt putt. Need a couple more golf balls. Found lots of ping pong balls but no paddles or table so not sure what they were there for. Everything but the grill was very clean, plenty of bedding and towels - inc pool towels. If you’re staying more than a couple of days, bring paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc. Didn’t bring our dogs but nice space for them and it has a dog door to the back yard!

Family Vacation

Our family of 6 spent a week here and it was perfect! We love the location. The pool and all of the games that they had were great! The house had everything that we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked. Great property!

Beautiful home

I visited Phoenix and my family and I chose this home. This home accommodated not only my family of 6 but also our other 8 family members and 2 small puppies. It was more than enough beds and living space in this home. The back yard has a great outdoor entertaining space as well. It has a heated pool, mini golf area, a little space for cornhole, grilling area, fire pit and family table for eating. My family and I would definitely rent this space again.

Almost perfect

Had enough bedrooms, towels and space for all the guys that stayed there. Kitchen was good, lots of plates, forks, knives and spoons. Had a coffee pot for those that drink, and having the extra refrigerator in the laundry room was much appreciated. Had a nice pool table, foosball, air hockey and it did have a shuffle board table but.....it was so bowed that the pucks could not stay on and possibly too short of a table. We book a house for location, space and games. We have a lot of down time between our baseball games and the guys like to unwind playing games. We never book a house without shuffleboard. We were not able to play on this table. If vacasa can replace this table, there is no reason not to stay here.

Some broken things

While it was really nice some things were broken and I don’t want to be blamed for it. The bunk bed has a piece of wood broken, blinds messed up, pulled out drawer in kitchen and the face fell off, ran out of toilet paper for 19 people, no dish cloths or towels so I had to buy some, not enough bath towels so bought some, stains on carpet. We really enjoyed the pool table and other games and the pool.And there is a big rat by the bbq. Yuk!! The guys tried to catch it but couldn’t. Overall though it was a wonderful time with family. I would recommend it to other people.

Relaxing

We had a lovely experience at this home. The listing is honest and the process and communication were excellent. One down side was the grill was incredibly dirty. We went to Walmart and scrubbed it for use but it would have been nice to have it clean already. We also could not figure out the fire pit but in fairness I never inquired so I can not say if it’s working or not. Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely return should I find myself back in Arizona.

Nice house.

Overall it is a good house. Communication was a bit difficult with the rental company. My one recommendation would be to install shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in each shower. The bar of soap that was provided was a bit odd in a house this large with so many guests.

Nice home/unfriendly neighbors

The house was beautiful. But just a few things. There was not enough toiletries and not enough trash bags. The neighbor complained about our spotlight but no one from customer service could tell us how to turn the spotlights off. Those spotlights were on when we arrived. We eventually figured it out on our own. But the neighbor knocked on the door and wanted to come in to turn the light off himself! I also received a text about noise complaint and the time that the text message came in it was only a few of us at the home and no one was outside making any noise at all! This was also at 11:57 in the morning. This was not during the quiet time that was listed in the contract. This made our stay very uncomfortable and we felt as if we could not thoroughly enjoy ourselves in good taste without someone complaining about our presence.

We loved Tangerine Sky!

Our family of 7 adults, 6 kids and one dog had a great time! Lots of room for everyone. Great location, tons of activity choices at the house. Kids ranged in age from 2-13, and we didn't hear they were bored once. Full size washer and dryer were super helpful, as were the double oven and extra fridge/freezer. We spent Thanksgiving week, had multiple football games on. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

Family Thanksgiving Vacation

The house was perfect. It was clean and beautiful. Alot of games to keep all of my family entertained ages from 4 to 64. We all had a blast. There was plenty of room for all 20 of us. When we needed help with the fire pit Curtis came out and was extremely helpful and friendly. He also offered assistance with the pool. Randy came out and worked on the pool and got it working again was very friendly. Dennis called to follow up to see how things were going and to see if we needed anything. The owner come and replaced the washer. This was such a great vacation and experience. I would highly recommend this house it is beautiful.

Great place, plenty of room to spread out. Good wifi and lots of gaming tables - billiards, foosball, shuffle board, corn hole, etc. Our group of 12 had a great stay.

Washing machine broken

The washing machine did not work from day 1. Called support about the issue. During our nine days at the house the washing machine was not repaired. The only negative thing about our stay. Otherwise it was a great house.

This house was perfect for a group of 13. Everyone had a bed, and there was plenty of room to hangout and get ready. (A bigger group would need to use the living room couch beds, but we did not have to). The backyard is by far the BEST perk. It has a big pool and the design makes it easy to mingle with everyone. Plenty of seating, games and a great grill. The only downfall is the commendation with the owner. I asked for clarification on rooms and beds and never got an answer. Asked about early check in, then asked me to follow up day of, then when I did, they never got back to me. Still a great stay. No regrets!
