Lovely accommodations

Very clean accommodations! Perfect location on the lake. Great to swim off dock. Highly recommend.

Family friendly!

Lovely getaway for our little family. 3 very comfortable beds, amazing lake view, perfectly clean house. We had coffee on the deck in the morning and grilled/had family dinners over looking the lake in the evening. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only downside was no dishwasher.

Nice stay on the lake

Our group had a nice time. Plenty of room for everyone. Lake is really lovely and neighbors were exceptionally nice! Bill was readily available by phone to answer questions. Bonfire was great. Only recommendation would be to include pontoon with rental as we really only got to take the boat out 3 times. Would definitely stay again and recommend without hesitation.

Our definition of perfect!

The cottage was perfect! It was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed, everything worked, no issues --- who could ask for more. A scenic view from any of the decks and comfy beds.... it was great week! Make sure you go to Timberline restaurant - old fashioned and great food, Strand is another go to spot.... As relaxing as you could want and Bill is an excellent host --always responds quickly.. GO TO THE LAKE!!!

Great house - exactly as described!

We had a wonderful visit at this house! Stayed for a week and everything was exactly as described in the listing. The owners were very responsive to all questions and everyone had a wonderful time. Perfect size for our family of 6 - everyone had a space to hide when they needed to! Would highly recommend and plan on staying there again!

Best lake vacation

We had a great time. This. Was a perfect place for our family. The home had EVERYTHING you needed. Great location, we rented the boat which was perfect and easy we boated everyday, loved the fire pit, sitting outside for dinners great gas grill. This really was a great vacation spot. Bill the owner was extremely accommodating and responded Immediately with any questions we had. Thanks Bill loved your place and plan on returning!

Beautiful view

Magician Lake is beautiful and clean. The house was perfect size for our family. The view of the lake from the deck was exceptional especially at sunset. So much activity on the water. We loved the pontoon and took several cruises a day. The grounds were well kept and the campfires at the fire pit made for fun and lively conversation. Inside, the beds were very comfortable. The owner answered any questions very quickly. This was our first time in the Sister Lakes area, and we will certainly by back.

Nice Lake and amenities- recommended.

Nice clear warm lake with no algae or lake scum and sand bottom. Water shallow enough in places for kids to swim. Lake can get a bit busy traffic wise on the weekends. Great during the week. Lots of nice homes on the lake. Great firepit next to lake and stocked with lots of good firewood. Lots of patio furniture and great porch for dinning and sunsets. House has lots of amenities to cook, do laundry, towels, etc. Gas grill connected to gas line is very convenient. 2nd beverage fridge in Kitchen is nice also to have. House is clean. Every room has a decent size newer TV with all of the smart apps for netflix, amazon, etc. House has lots of landscaping and flowers to feel like home. Decent size backyard for kids to play. Family friendly house. Reservation process was quick and easy. Security deposit refunded quickly. Owner followed up on arrival and departure. Pontoon boat is great for trips on the lake and worked just fine. Parking is a bit limited if you have more than 2 cars. Area is nice with lots of apple orchards, breweries, and some restaurants.

our forever spot

beautiful clear sand bottom lake perfect for the kids! the home has everything you need and space downstairs for any overnight guests. bill is great to work with and we have been back for 2 years and rebook every year. perfect spot to create lasting family lake memories. bill has the perfect yard even if you’re not on the lake to play some corn hole or enjoy the fire pit. my only tip would be when cooking make sure you start you dishes in the oven super early as it is a very old electric oven and takes forever to bake anything so timing when grilling can get frustrating if you don’t put your potatoes or mac or whatever in hours before. otherwise this home is absolutely perfect!!!!

Family Vacation

My family, 6 adults & 4 kids, spent a wonderful week on Magician lake at this property. It was clean and had plenty of space for a lake vacation. They were wonderful to work with and always available for any question that came up. The lake front was amazing and it is arguably one of the best views on the lake. We also rented the pontoon which was reliable and spacious and we loved taking cruises around the lake. We spent hours fishing from the dock and caught blue gills, crappie, bass and even a catfish. The lake has a sandy bottom in front of the house which makes the swimming so much more comfortable. My kids loved swimming out to the raft and jumping off. Magician Lake is one of my family's favorite places to vacation and we would book this property again.

Great Vacation Home

Great place for a vacation. At the house we were able to go boating, swimming, hang out on the deck or pier, and have smores by the fire pit. Very relaxing! In addition, we went golfing and biking. There is a lot to do in the Sister Lake's area. Though we didn't spend much time inside, there were games and tv's available. There is a good kitchen with all the utensils etc. you will need to cook, and a gas grill. Pictures and descriptions are as listed and Bill is great to work with. I will definitely book this house again.

we ended up spending a week in July 2018 at this home and before the week was up we ended up re-booking it for the following year the lake is perfect for kids nice soft sand bottom no seaweed the home is comfortable with everything you may need available owner is very nice and responsive with any questions or help Had some issues at first with the boat and the owner was on top of it right away

Perfect Vacation Home!

We had a perfect week at this fantastic lake house! The view is amazing and the house had everything we needed and more. Bill was great and super-responsive with everything. The house was very clean, had a great deck overlooking the lake, and a lot of land for the kids to play on! The pontoon boat rental really made the trip! We will be coming back again! Highly recommended!!

Great Lake Cottage

Wonderful Stay

We just finished our week long stay at property #458499 and had the time of our lives. Such a nice home, well cared for and so comfortable. The pontoon boat was fun, large enough for 10 people and had great pick-up. It was such a pleasure to cook in a kitchen that was a good size. The gas grill was right outside the back door and next to a lovely patio with a view of the lake. My favorite place was the early morning coffee on that patio. Another deck off the living room was perfect for dinner. We were able to walk out in the water quite a distance because of the sandy beach. This place is great and lives up to it's description well.

Great Family House

My family, including young grandchildren stayed here in July 2013. Before we even left my wife and kids demanded we get it for next year. Place was as good as advertised. Took up the boat rental which was great for touring around Michigan Lake. Everything was clean and in working order. Neighbors were nice and friendly. Have stayed on other lakes in the area but this was definitely the best. Played golf several times at nearby places, easy to get to and get on. Plenty of sleeping space and TVs all around. Only 20 minute drive to St. Joe area, but we stayed and cooked here each night but one. Can bike ride in and around the lake or take off out into the country roads. The owner knows the area and was more than helpful in answering all questions. Already booked 2014.

FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS HOME AS SOON AS I SAW THE VIEW FROM THE LIVING ROOM AND SAW THE ALL SAND BOTTOM. MANY AREAS HAVE SEA WEED AND MUCK BOTTOMS.
